I advise not to use this company…avoid at all cost

I advise not to use this company- every time you order, your stock never comes on time, no one’s pick up phone or messages, when you finally get a message back it’s just every excuse under the sun , 6 chances I have given this company and not once has it not been a nightmare to try get the stock I paid for. never again, if you want hassle the. this is your company if you want competence and no hassle I would steer clear. I would give a -0 if i could in the review it it was available, not impressed !

Omitted an item from my order but was…

Omitted an item from my order but was still on the invoice and already paid for. I reached out and they said the item was out of stock (I unfortunately had no prior word of this) I was told it would arrive, “Monday at the latest. Once it arrives, our dispatch team will send it out to you via next-day delivery.” Sadly it is Wednesday and still no message or delivery of the product ordered.

We understand how important timely delivery and clear communication are, especially when you are planning treatments for patients.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused in this case. You are right to expect better visibility on stock and updates. When your order was placed, the Sculptra item was unfortunately not available at the time of packing, which is why it was not included in the initial shipment. As confirmed in our email, we advised it would be restocked by Monday and sent on a next-day service once received .

Our supplier delivery arrived later than expected on Tuesday, which caused the delay in dispatch. While delays like this can happen when we are relying on incoming stock from suppliers, we agree this should have been communicated to you much sooner. This was then followed up internally, and your order was prioritised for immediate dispatch as soon as it arrived .
Your point around communication is valid. We should have contacted you earlier to inform you the item was out of stock and kept you updated as timelines changed. This is the standard you should expect from us.
We appreciate you raising this and it has been reviewed with our team to improve how we manage stock delays and customer updates going forward. We hope your next order experience reflects a much higher standard.

Unfortunately I purchased stock that wasn’t there when the company went to fill my order. These things happen, but I feel it is how they compensate for these errors that matter. It was a good start as I was treated to a sample of body filler but upon receiving it, it appeared to be a promotional product for external moisturising use only. It was so unclear the pharmacist agreed they needed to query the manufacturer. I have not had feedback from that despite me asking what I should do now. The response was to order some of the same product I originally ordered. My initial order and hook was the fact they offered short dated stock of a filler. The cynical me wonders whether this is how they may attract new customers? Given the fact I have now ordered filler from elsewhere, it was a shame that they have not offered me the original order at cost price for themselves at the least. Anyway. They asked

We are sorry your original order could not be fully fulfilled due to stock availability at the time. As discussed, a refund was arranged promptly for the unavailable units and processed once your account details were received.

Alongside this, a sample product was included as a goodwill gesture. We understand there was confusion around its intended use and the lack of accompanying leaflet. You raised this with us, and we escalated it to the manufacturer to get accurate clarification. This took a few days to come back to us, which led to a delay of around 3-4 days in our response. We agree this should have been communicated more clearly during that time.

At no stage was there any intention to mislead. The stock offering is positioned to give clinics access to reduced pricing where suitable, and many of our customers actively request this option. Sometimes the offers lead to many orders at once, hence the reason for the lack of stock with the original order placed.

We also understand your comments around replacement and pricing. In this case, a full refund was processed rather than a replacement, so you were not left out of pocket.

We value feedback like this, as it highlights where we need to improve communication. We remain focused on clear product information, transparency, and prompt resolutions.
