From first contacting the company to order a shed to the shed be build was first class. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout. This is the second shed I have purchased a shed from Skinners due to the quality of the product and price. I would buy again if I needed another shed.

Great service. The building costs are included in the shed price and are such a good addition. I have no idea how long it would have taken me, but the delivery guys were great and had the workshop up in about an hour.

The quality is also far better than anything else I looked at.

Skinners Sheds were recommended to me as being 'the best available and top quality'. I didn't heed the advice and bought a cheaper shed online. It came in so many pieces, it was like a jigsaw puzzle with pieces missing. Misaligned, poor quality and it had to be returned. I then purchased a Skinners Shed and what a difference. From the point of sale to the installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The shed itself is very good quality and I'm so pleased that I eventually listened to good advice. You get what you pay for!

The shed (12'x6') is solid, roomy and watertight. It took the guys about 3 hours to erect it on site, they worked continuously without a break.

Great customer service and brilliant summerhouse, was built in just a few hours and looks stunning- have had lots of compliments from family and friends. Summerhouse is sturdy and very well constructed

No response, not even an acknowledgement, from Customer Service after raising an issue following installation. No other options available to escalate it.
They clearly couldn't care less.

Skinners were very helpful from start to finish. The sales rep came to the house to check the installation position and gave good advice. The proposed delivery date was kept and the shed arrived in the morning and three guys built the shed in double quick time and left the site clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the quality and the look of the shed.

We really appreciated the professional approach from Skinner’s Sheds, with thorough communication throughout, and with the delivery and installation process on the day. The delivery guys/fitters were good to work with and worked professionally and efficiently within the space provided - where a larger shed sat for 20 years and had a fence, shrubs, and plants on three sides.

We wer looked after through the whole process from looking at the sheds on the site [being guided with what would work best in our space and for our needs] to help deciding what type of base we needed a quick trip to view the site helped with that we weren’t encouraged to pick the most expensive option, in fact we had initially thought we would go for a concrete base but on inspection of the site advised we didn’t need it. We weren’t oversold any extras and we only choose what we wanted in fact we went away ordering less than what we thought we were going to have.
Delivery was arranged quickly 2 dates one for base and other for shed, no long wait for base to be installed, base was fitted quickly and efficiently after a week to let base dry shed was delivered and installed quickly and no mess left by installers who were very nice, happy to provide cup of tea. Delivery times were given to us the day before and they were kept to.
Overall we would purchase again from Skinners sheds, in fact we did as this is our second purchase! Our original shed still going well over 10 years old as we have taken care following all the advice given and I hope to have many happy years drinking in my summer house. 🍹

The whole experience from taking down and removing my old shed by Skinners and the installation of the new one, was trouble free The shed came on the expected date and was erected with care by the 2 men who brought it. I have now painted the shed and I am sure my contents will be safe and secure for many years to come. I fully recommend Skinners sheds

An absolutely outstanding service from the sales person at Skinners sheds Havant garden centre, through to the fitting in our garden. The lads who put the shed up were quick, skillful and efficient. I would highly recommend Skinners sheds.

The guys that installed it (included in the price) were friendly and quick…far easier than putting it up yourself.
You get what you pay for, the company keep you updated once you place your order and the product is first class made of quality timber. I’m so pleased I intend to buy my potting shed from Skinners.

From the time I viewed the shed I wanted the process was so easy. I first met the Skinners Rep. who took me through the details no pressure!! He gave me the options and let me decide the dates that were available. When I had chosen the dates I was asked to pay the monies 10 days before delivery which was OK.
I was contacted by phone asking if all was well to which the answer was all ok my end!!
The day of delivery was approx. at 10am . The delivery guys were polite and friendly and got on with the job which took approx. 6 hours. No plants were damaged which was my wife's request otherwise extremely pleased with the outcome.

Courteous and helpful staff throughout the process from initial visit to show area up to and including delivery and installation. Everything happened in timescales agreed and delivery was on time. A good job all round.
