This company may make the best sheds in…
This company may make the best sheds in the country but their method of advertising on an over bridge on the M5 is providing perfect cover for a police camera van to hide behind, which it does daily. I’m not sure whether this is a planned alliance or just opportunistic parasitism from the camera van but either way, it needs to stop.

Where to begin turned up nice and early…
Where to begin turned up nice and early 27,3-26 I needed a shed to put a mobility scooter in.
I've been waiting for DVLA to register scooter so I never really looked closely at the shed what I saw was shocking I realised the door lock wasn't lined up so it was difficult to open.
The door isn't level when closed big gap between top of door and horizontal top frame such is likely to allow water in over time.
Interior framing vertical studs not full length so not connected to horizontal timber frame
Security window not sealed properly Security window Interior horizontal top and bottom beam not connected to the vertical beams left and right side
Inside with the door closed you see daylight tru walls of the shed where they haven't either slotted the slats together properly or it's just cheap rubbish.
In summary looking at the brochure I thought each shed looked really well made to a high standard.
I made the mistake of ordering my shed by telephone the people I spoke with were really helpful I stressed I needed a 5ft by 4ft shed no bigger as I had to get planning permission for the shed when it was erected I measured one side it was larger than specified the workmen rang someone and said we have to leave it bye
I rang beast heads when they opened the lady asked had I ordered the shed over the phone I said yes she replied then there's nothing we can do until I mentioned I had an email stating I had ordered the 5×4 shead .at the moment I am not bothered about the size as no one has been to check the size what I'm bothered about is the actual workmanship that's gone into the shed I've got from beast sheads looking at the other reviews maybe mine was a one off mistake but somehow I don't think so school boys could build better

We are disappointed to read your review, particularly as no direct contact was made with us regarding any alleged workmanship concerns before posting these comments publicly.
The shed supplied was built and delivered to the specification requested at the time of order. Your own account confirms that the main issue raised on the day related to the size of the building and planning permission concerns, not workmanship. Our installation team acted appropriately by stopping works and contacting the office immediately rather than proceeding incorrectly.
You state that the shed was “shocking” and make numerous claims regarding the construction, however no photographs, inspection request, or opportunity to rectify any alleged issues were provided to us beforehand. Timber buildings are hand-built products using natural materials and small visible gaps, expansion, and variations can occur. This does not make the product defective or “cheap rubbish” as described in your review.
We also feel your comments regarding “school boys could build better” are unfair, unnecessary, and disrespectful towards experienced tradesmen who carry out installations daily.
Had you contacted us directly, we would have been willing to inspect any genuine concerns. Instead, assumptions and accusations have been made publicly without allowing us any reasonable opportunity to assess the building ourselves.
Excellent product
Shed was delivered on time. The chaps who assembled it were very helpful and fixed a damp proof course to the base which I was expecting to do myself.
Very pleased with the shed, it is more robust than some of the other sheds we looked at. Overall I'm very happy with it.

QUALITY build and service.
We chose these guys because we wanted a shed that was both sturdy (it is) and had a bit of character - again, box ticked. It actually looks more like a cabin than a shed - we really like it. we chose to have a 15 x 6ft shed with a 2ft front overhang, with a wider door, 3 double windows (one set opening) and internal shelves. Those shelves are STURDY! Absolutely recommended for both quality and the care and helpfulness of the install team, for whom customer satisfaction was obviously paramount. The fact I have bought three sheds from Beast over the years probably speaks for itself, but it's worth underlining how clear and easy the online ordering process is, their solid communication and payment processes and the installation itself.
The installation crews are friendly, careful and very quick (without cutting corners) - you just need to keep them fuelled up on tea! Build quality is consistently excellent, with solid materials - even in the entry level sheds.

Just got our shed last week
Just got our shed last week and it is looking great! We loved the online design which is easy to use, live chat with a human! was very handy for any last minute questions. Once order is placed we got a call within 10 mins to confirm access and measurements. Installers were really handy and were done in 3 hours to install a massive shed. Really liked dealing with this company. It is pricey but the fact that installation is included and it looks like quality materials and thought through design makes it worth it in my opinion.

Superb customer service for a custom design shed
I looked at a lot of shed companies before choosing Beast Sheds. They were the only ones able to provide a shed customised to my requirements for a swimming pool plant room, without floor and with door position offset.
The price was very competitive. On delivery day, the fitters couldn’t have been more helpful. They happily assisted with assembling the shed around various hoses and cables, making required entry point notches and generally being incredibly cheerful and helpful. I seriously doubt that any other company would have been so accommodating to my requirements. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome.

Good quality shed and friendly staff.
After lots of research and review reading I went for a pent shed from Easy/Beast shed and very glad I did. The initial designing on the website was clear and easy to do. Calls from the friendly office staff to confirm my order and delivery arranged.
The shed arrived on time and was fully assembled by the friendly knowledgeable team who did a very good job and tidied up after.
The shed itself is very good quality and solid build and the security option appears very secure with good quality fixtures.
I would recommend to friends and family.

From my enquiry regarding a garden shed, I received a really positive experience. Any questions I had were quickly responded to. I chose from a menu option for the size and detail of the garden shed I wanted. I booked in a date for the delivery and installation of the shed at home. The installers arrived as planned and once shown where the shed was to be installed, the shed was completed and was checked on completion.
