Everything was brilliant sales,delivery, assembly and a quality shed. We bought the shed at Skinnersshed Findon and are delighted with our new shed.

Excellent. Really quick delivery turnaround and an excellent quality shed that they installed. We have always bought flat pack sheds from places like B&Q, The Range etc. The quality difference and quality of install of this is clearly superior

A sturdy shed which was delivered on time and assembled quickly.
There is a strange wooden upstand where the roof ends making a trap for rain. Also a couple of boards are not completely pushed together and there is a chink of light.
And now it's leaking!
Apart from this it appears to be a strong, good looking shed.

When the garden room and shed were purchased, person on sales was very helpful and answered or found answers to our questions.Planning was not required as we were told it was under 2.5mt at highest point. It was only when the local planning authority contacted us that the problems started. With the base we were recommended it now put the building above 2.5 mt. After contacting the site where it was purchased and visiting it that was the last we heard of our problem. I contacted the main website and got an email back saying they had no plans to scale and to use the sales front sheet with a sketch of the building, but this is not to scale. I emailed back to say the sheet will not suit planning requirements and had nothing to do back.I have had to get a scaled front and side elevation done to submit to planning authority and pay a few hundred pounds to submit. Poor after sales service.

I’d been hesitating for ages about getting a garden office, and funnily enough, the very first place we visited — Skinner Sheds — ended up giving us exactly what we needed. They had three great options that would’ve worked, but one in particular stood out: modern, compact, and with all the windows we wanted. It was perfect for a small office pod.

We spoke with Derek, who was exceptionally helpful from the start. He explained the setup, the pricing, how everything worked, and even gave me his mobile number for any direct questions. That level of support made the decision to go ahead really easy.

Because our office included drywalling, air‑conditioning, electrics, and spotlights, the process involved lots of different stages — but everything ran seamlessly. I always knew which tradespeople were coming, on what day, and at what time. Every single person who came was friendly, courteous, and clearly skilled. The quality of the work was exceptional, and the advice along the way was genuinely helpful.

The finished office has surpassed my expectations. It looks fantastic, feels solid, and has completely transformed the space.

Skinner Sheds don’t just do sheds — they do so much more. If you’re considering a garden office, I strongly recommend having a chat with them. We’re absolutely delighted with ours.

Great customer service from beginning to end with Skinners sheds. We are really pleased with the quality of the build and would thoroughly recommend.

Purchased a 12x8 shed a few years ago, shortly after installation, roof was leaking, they came out, realised the nails they used penetrated shed interior, causing leaks. They came out to fix, rather than remove the felt in question, he just layed felt over the top of old felt (amateur). A few weeks later, leaking again. Same issue, same cause. Contacted again, only agreed to fix as i stated I'd leave negative review, this time, did not remove the two previous layers of felt, did not remove the trim around edge of roof, layed new felt on top of last two layers, no nails, used a little bitumen on edges, did not fold felt as overhang and re-attach the edging boards that surround the shed and holds felt in place. Woke this morning 25/12/2025, top layer of felt blown completely off roof, had it been anchored correctly, held by the side panels and nailed, this wouldnt have happened. Happy xmas, now need to find an actual PROFESSIONAL, to do the job correctly.

From ordering through to delivery and erection of our shed a truly first rate service. We were kept up to date with every aspect of the job and all the staff were very professional .

The shed is great Good quality timber and feels robust and strong (possibly due to the thicker cladding grade of timber used) The internal, under window shelf is a nice touch too The installation was very efficient and installers courteous, meticulous and very tidy Would highly recommend Skinners Sheds
