I haven't had a good experience. Neither with your company or Groupon who I purchased the deal from.
Received all the access codes and applied per your instructions, but never received access to the course. The response from your company was very gracious, but inviting me to pay and enroll leaving me to believe you had no records of the initial transaction. So it hasn't been a good experience. I've moved past it. Electing not to attempt to go through the process of any future requests to help straighten this out; including not conducting any further business with Groupon. Thank you again for reaching out but it will no longer be necessary.

There are no transcripts for the hearing impaired. Consulting written material is impossible. Other learning platforms do not have this problem.

The course was very easy to follow. There were no issues and I received my certificate right after completion.

I entered my redemption codes but they weren't being accepted. Ron provided friendly assistance and was able to take care of the problem which allowed me to access the courses.

As one who resides with a fixed income, I do not have a whole lot available to access for these kinds of extras. So one might imagine how simply thrilled I was to get in on the discounted lifetime membership;I feel like I won the lottery!

In an ever-changing world, one must, at least, try to stay abreast of the vast changes in technology that are forever advancing. To be able to sign up for all these wonderful course that permit me to learn and stay informed is a real gift!

I too purchased a course from Groupon, I have over the last several days tried to access the course and what I get is the page to activate a membership? Have emailed Stacy several times no answer? Can anyone else help me?

A great service with an affordable cost. You get access to a lot of information. And customer service have been great.

I found a deal through Groupon only a couple of hours after purchasing directly through the skill success site. Hastily I cancelled my subscription and was going to buy through Groupon only to learn my service isn't refundable. I jumped on chat with Ron immediately and not only did he offer to refund my money, but after learning what I planned to do on the other site, offered me the same deal, extending my service for two entire months and I didn't even have to leave the page. Super service and hope the course offerings prove to be just as incredible.

I got the course and had difficulty getting into the course initially (My error). Ron assisted with great customer service, which I will not let go unnoticed. Much appreciated and well done!!!

I haven't taken the course I signed up for yet, but beware when opening up an account. A day after I opened an account and signed up for a course, I got an email from facebook and paypal telling me that someone was trying to access my accounts. The email I signed up with is used on a very limited basis so there is no coincidence that this just happened after I signed up. In fact, that email is also starting to get spam mail. I have a lifetime membership with Skill Success and the variety of courses you can indulge in is varied. From personal development to marketing and countless others you surely will have enough to keep you enrolling to start courses and finish them. I recently finished a beginner’s copywriting course where I learned a lot along with helpful resources I can use in the future. I also appreciate that the courses are not too long averaging around 3 hours which is great if you are crunched on time. Highly recommend!

I received the most amazing customer service from Joanne. I misread a class title I thought they offered so I purchased the $69 annual membership. Usually companies give you a hard time to receive a refund, but not with this company. They understood my issue and processed my refund immediately which was a sacrifice to pay in these times that we live in... so I greatly appreciate Joanne's kindness, understanding, professionalism and executive adroitness to handle my matter swifty and effectively.
