In January, my husband and I spent a few nights away in Flaine, at Résidence Les Terrasses de Veret - a lovely ski-in-ski-out block of apartments. The location was the real highlight, but the spacious rooms, outdoor hot-tub and sauna were also top notch. It was such a brilliant break and we felt thoroughly looked after by the Ski France staff - making our stay feel seamlessly relaxing. Can't wait to return!

Ski France were great when we booked and even better when we had a problem with our final payment. They didn't once make it harder, they supported us when bank put a block on our card. All members of staff were helpful and kind. We will be booking again very shortly with them.

Ski France is the only holiday company with whom I have made repeat bookings and recommended to family and friends. They have good prices and nice, friendly hotels in most of the popular Alpine ski resorts.

The booking process is easy though their website isn’t great on a smart phone - works much better on an iPad or full pc/laptop; I tend to email or phone and someone gets back to me quickly.

I had to cancel last season’s holiday and they were very understanding allowing me to either get a refund of our deposit or leave the deposit in place for the following season. Just very helpful.

This is the third year we have booked contactless catering with Ski France, and we keep returning because if offers such a great service. From the booking staff to the resort managers, we have been delighted with our stays in their contactless catered chalets in La Tania. The chalets are clean and comfortable and the food is plentiful and very tasty. It saves all the hassle of shopping and cooking, but we have the flexibility to eat when we want to as we can just put it in the oven when we are ready. This suits us perfectly as having small children with us, they eat at different times. This is such a brilliant idea, I am surprised more companies don't do it. Well done, Ski France.

I recently booked a vacation to Les Menuires through Ski France, and it has now been nearly seven weeks without receiving my deposit refund. Despite repeated assurances from the company that the funds are on their way, there has been no actual return of the money. I would advise caution when dealing with this company, as their promises have not yet been fulfilled. It is essential for businesses to uphold their financial commitments to maintain trust and customer satisfaction.

Ski France were so helpful during our booking period. We amended several things and then kept adding extra’s and they always responded quickly and efficiently. Having been an online booker for years, it was a refreshing reminder of the enjoyment of speaking to someone on the end of the phone.
And our hotel and location were excellent!
