My sister and I went again to sketchers liverpool for trainers.Michael was extremely patient ,very friendly and informative. We spent well over 1 hour trying many pairs of trainers but nothing was too much trouble for Michael. Thank you Michael

Ordered an paid for shoes on 6 October - now 23rd and no sign of any shoes. Checked tracking - the shoes have gone from UPS warehouse - only the empty box left. I have emailed Skechers twice - no response - no customer services number.
Will never buy from their website again.

Went to Sketchers Nottingham. Was served by Emily Hope. Who as usual was most helpful kind and friendly nothing was to much trouble.

Question: When does Waterproof mean not Waterproof?
Answer: When you pay £110 for Skechers 'Waterproof' walking boots which leak the first time you walk on long wet grass.
Question: What do Skechers mean when they say "We guarantee 100% satisfaction on any item..."
Answer: They will have a security guard escort you from the premises if you quietly mention to other customers that 'waterproof' actually means 'not at all waterproof' and they decline to refund when walking boots are returned.

Poor quality trainers stitching failing on both toe areas, despite light usage. First and last pair for me.

I bought some snickers paid them around 40 pounds and the textile/rubber main section of the shoe completely broke after a few months of use. Paying such a price it's very disappointing. Avoid this company to get shoes

One is lucky it seems, to have a selection of Skechers retailers within a reasonable distance of our home. No online ordering required.

Having recently ‘retired’ the last of my lace up Sketchers trainers and Sketchers more conversational shoes, I have invested in three new pairs of Slip-ins. A pair for the house, one for the street and also a pair for off-piste dog walking. In my opinion the comfort, convenience, durability and value for money are second to none. Slip-ins are simply the tops!

My traditional lace up shoes will never ware out now as I will not trouble them again for everyday wear.

I'm absolutely amazed by the negative reviews for the company. I found ordering easy, they arrived in good time, and the smoothest and easiest return service I have ever encountered. 100 per cent do recommend. The slip on shoes particularly good for ex husband who has had a stroke.

Ordered om 3rd October 2025 and still waiting. I am happy with the footwear I have bought up to today, but their delivery service is total rubbish.
Why do they come from Belgium?
Using Jamie Redknapp to advertise misleads everyone into thinking that the product is British.
Like everyone else complaining, their response is deafening. Obviously they do not care about their customers, but this is also damaging Jamie Redknapp's reputation.

I ordered some Skechers Slip-ins: Max Cushioning Premier 2.0 on Sunday 5th October, for my partner's birth day on 12th October - STIL WAITING. Advert said 3-4 working days deliver.
I rang the Customer Service who were very RUDE and was told I could not cancel my order / get my money back, which is what I want to do.... BUT I had to wait to get the order then get a REFUND .... they said the Skechers Slip-ins: Max Cushioning Premier 2.0 were in Belgium. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
Have complained to Financial Ombudsman and emailed Skechers twice not and not reply but asking for my £120 back

Bought a pair of supposedly leather slipon shoes for hubby at J32, retail park. The shoes are nice & smart looking as a change from the normal trainer mesh material. I sprayed them with a protector as I always do when I got home and a couple of hours later, all of the heel area has gone white. All the front of the shoe is fine. I have used this spray before without issues. At no point during purchase was I offered after care advise. So my opinion now is they are using mixed & cheap materials.

I have had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered on their website thinking I was ordering from the UK.
Got a despatch email and a delivery date for a week after ordering.
It didn’t arrive so I checked Skechers website and it just says no delivery date can be given. UPS tracking last says it went through customs clearance and nothing since.
10 days now since ordering with no idea what’s going on.
Wish I’d read the reviews but you trust a company like this. Last time I ever buy anything from Skechers!

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen it. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I purchased two pairs of trainers from your UK website on 1st October and today is 10th October I haven't received them yet, and my payment was deducted immediately.

The next day, when I checked the website, one of the pairs was showing as “not available to purchase online”, and a few hours later that message disappeared. Since then, I’ve had no update, no dispatch email, and no clear response from customer service.

Every time I contact them, I’m told to “please wait” because of some “warehouse issue.” It’s the same excuse every time with no real progress.

My only mistake was ordering without checking the reviews first I’ll never make that mistake again.

Few months ago, I purchased my first pair of Skechers and was enjoying this model, however, I was completely shocked to discover a hole in the back of one trainer after only a few months of light use.
I visited my local store but they refused to assist me and were rather unfriendly. They told me it’s normal for people to replace trainers every six months, which I found surprising and unaffordable.
I contacted customer service, but they replied that they won’t offer an exchange or refund since it’s been seven months since the purchase. That’s ridiculous.

If I knew they would be using UPS for delivery I wouldn't have bothered ordering, 7 days and counting.

I spent £105 on a pair of slip in Skechers shoes. Now two weeks into my order it continues to say they are preparing my order.

I WILL NEVER ever place an order with Skechers again. No email updates, no phjp0ne updates, no nothng. DREADFUL service.

The shoes I had bought as a impulse buy away from home. They were really comfortable and looked good for weekend casual wear.
The brown material at the bottom started to peel away within 2 months.
I returned them to my local store, they said i had to return them to the store i bought them from. That was going to be a problem as i needed to driver nearly 100 miles to take them back. As i took the shoes back from the salersperson they mentioned that they could be refused for wear and tear. The shoes were hardly used and the glue between the 2 layers had failes.

Anyway annoyed I glued they shoes back and continued wearing them.
1 month later the glue came apart from the same place from the other shoe.

The workmanship is very poor quality. Dont be fooled by the cushion soft feeling. They are for the first few months, then they arent.

I had Nike air Max 95s for over 3 years, wore them everyday and only replaced them with the skechers becuase i had completely worn the soles.

Avoid for the price you pay, you can better much better quality.

Trainers delivered Tab attatched right where you have to put trainer on so has to be removed. Didnt fit so packaged straight backup. Had to chase Sketchers up after 14 days. They said they were worn/damaged. Buyer beware.

I had a pair of sketchers bought for my Birthday , they were a little bit tight and I wondered if I could swap them for another size , they were bought in Belfast and they were discontinued so I was unsure.
I paid a visit to Sketchers in Leeds at Trinity just to ask about it , they said yes it's not a problem. So today I went into the Sketchers shop to exchange them for a bigger size , but also choosing a different shoe because of mine being discontinued.
I was served by a young lady named Cleuli , she couldn't have been more helpful , she was very polite and very patient , what a lovely experience , thank you Cleuli . Joan Smickersgill

Gratuitous help is what has brought me to write a review. This is about Daniel who is employed in the Bullring, Birmingham, Skechers branch

I called into the Bullring Skechers to gather some advice on the sizing of the Skechers shoes I had just bought online. Daniel bent over backwards to help me. He knew he was not doing it for a sale. But nontheless he brought me different size shoes to try and even measured my feet. He was so kind, so obliging and so very helpful
