Shouldn’t even give them a one unless I had to.

Not real skecher shoes absolutely no support for the feet. If you have foot problems don’t buy on line.

Make it so difficult to return so I gave up but they won’t get another penny out of me and I buy a lot of shoes.

Emailed them after 4 months of wear as the soles has broken down. No response.

Emailed them again.

Apparently shoes can breakdown after 4 months and it's my fault. Offered a small discount to buy another pair. No thanks.

Worst customer experience I have ever had.

I bought a pair of water-repellant trainers 26 August 2023 for walking the dog and wore them for the first time on 8 September in the park on a dry day - just dew - and my socks were soaked. I have been drying them out before returning them. On Monday 11 Sept, I failed to download the returns form and so rang customer services. They told me I could not return them automatically as stated online as I had worn them once. I had to wait for an email from them and send them photos for them to check them out. No email. No response since them. Never again.

I bought a pair of sketchers relaxed fit 4 months ago from sketchers merry hill Dudley birmingham . After a month or two I found them comfortable but noticed I have a bruise on each side where the shoes meet the leg . It’s becoming a problem as it is sore and I have a week off to rest my feet . I paid a lot of money for these and it’s never happened before with any shoes I have worn . I have cut the front as they looked as if they were rubbing the area . But I feel disappointed and as stated the area is painfully . Have you any idea why these shoes might be doing this and is there something I can use to stop the bruising from these shoes because I can’t wear them back to work for fear of causing foot damage thank you . I’ve tried to upload a picture but it’s not working .

1 star is for the shoes. I would give their shoes top marks I just would not recommend buying
from their online shop! no customer service telephone helpline everything via email. Operator
obviously did not bother trying to find out what had happened to my order in response to my email said I would have to wait 10 days before UPS would look into it. emailed back as item not showing as having left skechers .... it did not get much better. probably no point in having online staff either. imho save yourself any possible hassles and order them from a 3rd party - plenty of options there

They sent the wrong size shoes, which they would not exchange. I had to return the shoes and then re-order another pair. They promised to refund the carriage of £6.95 as it was their fault, which they did, but then deducted it from the refund for the shoes when returned! I am now having a battle getting this money back from them, which means I have paid for the carriage twice even though it was not my fault! This is incompetent!

Sent the wrong item and size. You can only email via their site and they take up to 5 days to reply. After repeated attempts finally got a UPS returns label, but after 10 days am still waiting for a refund. They offered a discount and I took up the offer.

The new order was never updated for delivery - I wrote for an update (no other way to communicate with them) but had no response. The amount charged changed and the discount was removed, then reinstated. Then finally they cancelled the order but never communicated why. They have still not answered.

I purchased a pair of shoes in 20 march and today 11may are already broken 😞, unglued and look really bad they are just falling apart. It is not normal . I paid 95£ for a pair of shoes that after 2months are destroyed and look like they are worn for 20 years not 2 months. Very bad quality….
