Overseas to Nz within the week as promised

Easy to navigate website. Fast shipping, arrived in a week from the other side of the world. Just a nice, no hassles experience.
I highly recommend.

This is an awesome shop. I bought twice from them within about 3 years period and I they keep the quality really high - products, service, delivery, information - everything is up to high standards.

I ordered new skates, Skatepro sent me a used demo pair of FR1 NEO skates that had parts swapped with a completely different model. After over two months they had still failed to remedy the issue and had sent me completely incorrect size parts to try to convert a demo set to real ones.
No discount was offered and no explanation of how this even happened which is absolutely disgusting service for a nearly thousand dollar purchase.
They also stopped replying to my messages half way through trying to get this sorted leaving me with no option but to do a clawback with my bank.
The communication I did receive was dismissive, non caring and slow.
I will NEVER use skatepro again and highly recommend you buy your skates and parts elsewhere if you want to be respected even in the slightest with your purchase.

Great range of products, and delivery to New Zealand was super quick. Highly recommended!

Tried to buy ski googles, asked their chatbot if it included all taxes and it said it did, but when I went to purchase I clicked on the t&cs and it said it didn't.
I can't comment on their reliability to deliver goods but 15%+ to pay extra when not expecting it isn't good
