Don’t trust this company, they fabricated a diagnosed for my iPhone saying motherboard is dead and would cost $400 plus for repairs and wouod be sent to their repair point, then sold me a phone 30% higher price saying it’s discounted for the day at 25%, gave me only cash receipt, then supplied two invoices with different descriptions, different time from actual paid time and under oath kept changing their stance of events

Harry was so patient with us and never made us feel stupid being OAPs.He was very good and talked us through every step in terms we could understand and we were there a long time.This is the 3rd time we have been to him and every time Harry is so lovely

Brought a case for daughters phone 3 weeks ago, spent around $75 on what described by salesman as almost bullet proof, protected ph from damage if dropped in water etc.
2 days later the bottom part that protects it from water broke. Took it back with receipt and received every excuse every why it would not be replaced.
Extremely rude and terrible customer service from palms christchurch. Do not recommend this place at all

went to PhoneZone Dunedin for Iphone 15 Repair, They fix my phone quickly ,It was very affordable and best thing was other stores was not able to fix it previously.They are amazing and very proffessional.Thanks heaps , highly recommend.
