I was advised that my 1st choice purchase had a manufacturer delay. Modern kitchens offered a number of alternatives, one of which I chose. My second choice was deliverd within 24hrs.

Excellent Service and Great Product Range!
I recently ordered multiple kitchen items from Modern Kitchens and was impressed with their extensive selection online. The prices were very competitive, making it a great value for money. What stood out most was the excellent customer service — they were incredibly prompt in answering my questions and even helped with dimensions, providing detailed responses via email without delay.
Although there was a slight delay in delivery, the team went above and beyond to arrange an overnight shipment to ensure I received everything on time. I truly appreciated being kept in the loop with tracking updates — it made the process smooth and stress-free.
All items arrived in authentic packaging and in perfect condition. I’m delighted with the overall experience and will definitely be returning to Modern Kitchens for future purchases. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, there was an unexpected two-day delay in the transit of our goods, which affected your order and pushed the delivery back by a few days. However, it was placed on our priority list to minimize further delay.

Thank you customer service at Modern Kitchen appliances for being really helpful. Sink plug had been accidentally thrown away by the fitter but customer service sent one free of charge in the post. The lady I spoke to was so lovely.

Whirlpool microwave
Product took some time to deliver and item had a European plug conversion making it rather big. Had to cut off and replace with uk plug for it to fit. Otherwise product seems fine.

Excellent product and customer service approach.
I could not fault the products they sell nor the customer service communication.
We have ordered a Franke sink, which arrived on time, in a pristine condition, as it was really well packed.
The costumer service got in touch shortly after placing the order online, letting me know the product I have ordered might experience some delays due to supplier’s factory, offering me the option to choose from other similar sinks that could arrive in time (as advertised online).
We have chosen one, as we didn’t want to wait for couple of weeks more however, this was at a higher price but, without having to pay the difference, as a good will gesture. That was really nice and unexpected.
In few words, the whole experience was spot on, end to end.
