Absolute joke of a company takes your money and does nothing in return ! Wish I read these reviews before I ordered, SCAMMERS ,stay well clear of this lot also addresses they have on site are not legit either as I have been and investigated,

Excellent product that fit perfectly in the car. The boot liner is worth the extra money to provide total coverage & snug fit. Timely & informative communication … the whole process & product exceed my expectations

Edit 2: mat finally arrived and it fits perfectly. If only I hadn't had a 3 month delay! Better late than ever tho, 4 stars for fixing the issue.

Edit 1: after sending an email to cancel the order and writing this review, I got a reply. A very nice and apologetic one. I'm now told I'll get the mats within a week. I've upped my review from 1 star to 2. If I get the mats I'll update again.

Avoid at all costs. The mats never show up and the sales email address never replies. I think this website is a scam. I ordered mats on 7th March... Still waiting. Emailed for update on 15th April... No reply. Have just asked to cancel order but I think I might have to get the credit card company to reclaim it.

Credit where credit's due, ordered some mats for a Mercedes V class, didnt expect them to arrive in a hurry, when arrived 10 days later, i'm more than pleased, good quality and the right price.
I'll use there services again

Great fitting boot liner, and delivered within a week. Very pleased with the service I received.

Poor quality items sent with damage and defects. Customer service is diabolical. I would avoid this company like the plague. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Have contacted trading standards and bank will be reclaiming the funds. STAY CLEAR

Good product, poor communication.

I ordered the wrong mats for my vehicle. Completely bmy fsult. The guys there , Dan and Jeff sorted it out and resent correct ones even got me to template my vehicle so the replacements were definitely going to be correct. Great service

Ordering on site was good but had issue with no email confirmation but after I messaged them they replied quickly and sorted it out. Item ordered was a full boot liner which was a great fit and good quality. Came in a nice bag as well

Product poor quality for price. Customer service not great, after 7 day point I asked for update on delivery they asked for photos to guarantee fit. I sent photos, checked in a week later, more photos required! Sent photos checked in about delivery what I thought was 8 working days later, got a snotty message about public holiday meaning it was only 7, product arrived a month after ordering and it's not any better in terms of fit and quality than a generic boot liner product. Not worth the money spent

Mats are excellent quality and fit perfectly. The mat originally arrived missing certain customizations I'd requested but it was promptly replaced.
Excellent service. I'd definitely recommend.

They are impossible to get a hold of - so you are left not knowing if they are scammers. I would just avoid and save to hassle and expense of (probably) never receiving what you ordered - and looking at the other comments the quality could be iffy when they do arrive. Perhaps someone from Simply Impossible to Get Hold Of would like to give me a number that works to speak? I will happily remove this post if my concerns are alayed.

So update ....they did email back so they do exist! Honestly simply car mats your communication just needs to be better. I have received half my order and I have to be honest and say the rubber used is really odorus. Very strong petrochemical smell. Maybe that's normal for a rubber mat if this size. Not sure I would want my new car smell ruined if the other mats are the same. This is not trying to be nasty just a fact.

Shocking - Still not received have contacted PayPal for a refund, they don’t reply to emails, no contact at all, no invoice sent.
I don’t even think there a real company avoid everyone.

Sent the company the information and pictures and the end result was fantastic no more indepth vac cleaning anymore top job .

I haven't received my mats yet, but that's the problem. It's been 3 weeks since I've ordered my mats and there has been no status update. I also have received no response from company after inquiring about them. I wouldn't mind waiting, but don't say 10 days max to process then be radio silent.

Update as of 18 April: I looked at Google reviews and there were a ton of complaints about the company never sending the products that were paid for, some people waiting 6+ months. I also left a Google review and noticed that now most comments that spoke negatively about the company are removed. If you buy from here, you have wasted your time and money.

18 April additional update. Just asked for more information from the company. I dont want any excuses as to whether it's a logistical error, flood in warehouse, machinery malfunctions. SM186772 is my order number. Just refund me my money. Will report back on outcome.
