Got car runing again. Quick friendly service. Would recommend

Very good service after a stupid mistake on my part, on time, nice manner, and dealt with professionally

OMG had a nightmare but Jamie made everything so much better. Couldn’t thank him enough for his help and patience.

Your company came quickly and in a realistic timeframe. The operator from Madison/Standburn was a very pleasant guy. He did a very thorough job and understood how the fuel circulation works each time you turn in the ignition thereby ensuring complete emptying of the fuel. Was then in my way with a generous 10 litres fuel.

My American sister filled up with the wrong fuel while on a trip to Fife. She didn’t know what to do so she phoned me at home. I phoned the Green Flag but they couldn’t help except give me your web address, I’m glad they did as things got better from then on, from the answering of the call to the site visit you could not have done better, your man on site was very professional, polite and explained all the steps, thank you!

Tom was amazing, he reassured me from the get good that all would be ok. He spoke me through the process and not to worry when the engine wouldn’t start first time. His hard work and determination is commendable and he did it all in the pouring rain. Very impressed, thank you Tom 👌

Advice and service was excellent. Very personable representative.

The guy arrived within half an hour of my call, and dealt with the car efficiently, and calmed me down!

Very professional and courteous assistance following a stupid mistake on my part when I put the wrong fuel in my vehicle. The wait time and time to complete the drainage was very impressive. All in all an excellent service expertly carried out by Tom.

Our assistant was excellent, picking me up&taking me back to vehicle. Also explaining what had to be done to empty our full fuel tank. Putting enough fuel in to JUST reach nearest fuel station. REMEMBER we were in a state of shock therefore MORE fuel would’ve been comforting!

Excellent service, lovely guy, good job done.

Contacted and within an hour my car was fixed!!! Couldn’t have been more helpful or professional was so happy with the service. Helped a stressful situation and we’re so quick I still got my night out! Thanks so much!!

Great fast service got me out of a sticky situation great knowledge and a fair price

Tom was great - arrived earlier than advised. Very reassuring and efficient - would recommend!

Jamie was very experienced and did the job great, he was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone

Excellent customer service. Attended promptly.

Tom arrived when he said he would and was very fast and efficient in getting me back on the road

All information given on the call was exactly 100%, was advised the chap would arrive in the hour, Check my fuel and do what was needed, and I was on my way within 20 minutes of his arrival

Really good service put the wrong fuel in and the company was there within the hour to fix the problem.
