Hopefully won’t need to but wouldn’t hesitate to use Simple Fuel Solutions and Jamie again. After panicking cos put petrol in my diesel car Jamie was calming and reassuring arriving promptly in under 30 mins just as promised. Fixed the problem and waited to make sure I got on my way ok. Excellent service.

Brilliant service, a good explanation of what the service would be and completed the task without any fuss. Car worked well after the wrong fuel i'd accidentally put in was extracted.

Quick and efficient service. Many thanks to Jamie.

The man from fuel solutions arrived early and was very friendly yet professional. The job was completed with no fuss and he waited until I filled with fuel before he left.

Your staff were very helpful attentive and friendly. Explaining what they were doing at all times, a very efficient service. Hope not to use the service again😫 for obvious reasons but good to know it is there should it be required.

Perfect service and fast thankyou Jamie was a big help🙌

Professional, showed up on time and did the job

Arrived promptly, was very reassuring and extremely helpful, thank you.

Tom the engineer explained everything he was going to do. Great customer service from Tom he has lovely manner. I was back on the road in no time thank you.

Excellent service - polite, pleasant and knew their stuff. Came out on a freezing cold night at about 11 pm - an hour or so later our car was back in action. Highly recommended if you’re ever as daft as me and fill your diesel car with unleaded….

So glad I contacted this company. Was promised someone would be at the house within an hour, however 30 mins later someone turned up and 30 mins later my car was sorted. Tank emptied of petrol & diesel filled. No problem with payment as had a card machine. Very professional.

Tom came out on a horrible cold day just after Christmas and was excellent. He was quick to arrive and the issue was resolved very quickly. Can’t fault the company.

Great service from these guys after I put the wrong fuel in my husband’s car! I didn’t have to wait long at all and they quickly sorted it and got me back on the road again. Very friendly too. Car hasn’t had any problems since. Would definitely recommend 👍

Friendly and courteous. Looked after me very well. It was late and dark. Advised to leave car and return home then collected and taken back to my car. Kept informed.
