Still haven’t received my order and the customer service # isn’t a working #. What a crock of sh**, their website should be shut down!

Have yet to receive what I ordered and paid for!

Ordered two weeks ago and still haven’t received shipping information or anything

Stay well away from this company. It’s a total scam. I ordered a painting December 1. It is now January 2 It still has not arrived. Customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself your money. This is a scam. Do not order from them.

I had ordered an easel and it didn't come with my painting despite being notified that everything in my order had been shipped. They had a quick response when I notified them of my missing item. Also felt like this paint clumped on my brushes more than other brands I have used. Still liked my finished product!

Very different experience. Once it is finished, the look feels so satisfying. Took a little bit of time for the delivery. But that's fine with the end product.

There are a few very important colors missing. The canvas is dirty, the parcel came from china and looked like sh** at the arrival.. oh and it stinks like old fish. Be smart, don’t buy there. Such a scam.

Shipping takes FOREVER (still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks).

Items come from China though they advertise being an American company.

Terrible experience, will never purchase again! Never got the gift for my mom. Contacted customer support about it not being shipped and they said it was shipped and my only option was to work with USPS because Simple Painting did their job.

They don’t care about clients. If this gift was a hit, I would have bought more of these. Now I never will again. STAY AWAY!

Extremely disappointed in this product! Not only was shipping extremely slow. ..didn’t realize it was coming from China! Just received. It came in a flimsy cardboard box that was bent on one end, as was the canvas.Its just a rolled up canvas with no backing of any kind to support it while painting. No instructions included either. I intended to give this to my daughter as a gift but I’m embarrassed to even give it to her due to the poor, cheap looking packaging and overall poor presentation. I have no idea what the quality of the paint & canvas will be but don’t have high expectations. Very disappointing!!!

Garbage. Still waiting over 3 weeks for my order. The USPS tracking number is fake according to the post office. Absolutely would never buy from here again.

Been almost 3 weeks since i ordered and I have not received the package yet. No status on the courier company. Customer service gave me a usps tracking number but not a valid one per usps.

Still waiting for my delivery. Ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago. Funny you guys even think it should be delivered by now a since you’re sending me this survey to rate the item. But I haven’t received it yet. You need better shipping partners.

Bad business.
You cannot cancel the order just few hours after placing it. The shipping takes 1-3 weeks but you can’t make changes shortly after ordering your kit.
It’s ridiculous and I won’t recommend this business to anyone.

Do not order from this company. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive my initial order which did not include all items that I ordered - now it's 2 weeks after that and their 2nd shipment isn't here. Quality of product is cheap - why order this stuff which ships from China and takes forever when you can order something much closer with better quality.

It's been over 3 weeks and I still don't have the product. Hard to think about re-ordering if everytime it's going to take a month to get it.

I am obsessed with my paint with numbers purchase. I have severe anxiety and this has helped me immensely. I am going to be buying again from this company.
