Simple Painting Bewertungen 

They had a lot of options which I liked, different from other websites I viewed. The shipping took a big longer than I would have liked but otherwise we are excited to get painting.

I got the review and still haven’t recieved any package

The order came within two weeks and exceeded my expectations in quality!!

I ordered two paintings and at the end of nearly finishing one I found big gaps which aren't marked with numbers so I contacted customer support who COULD NOT help! All I received in my reply was a dodgy template that DID NOT indicate anything. Basically a picture of my painting.

The website was easy to use, and delivery was perfect. So happy with the outcome ☺️

Absolutely LOVED this. Everything arrived quicker than I expected, paints were all accounted for and in great condition. I ordered new brushes just because the brushes that come with it are a little cheap BUT still good. I completed a multi week one, and it took me about 39 hours in total. Such an achievement and loved every minute.

It's a scam, do not order there. They sent me the paint but not the image to paint... It's been months that I've tried to reach them. They're answering but nothing is coming. To avoid

I ordered 3 paintings as Christmas gifts in early December that never arrived. I tried to work with their support in opening a case with USPS which stated the package as unrecoverable. Finally 3 months later, after I ordered the same paintings and received from another merchant, I'm told they can't refund. I disputed the charge with my bank. Very annoying and stupid for some freaking paintings. Do not recommend.

The packaging was poor , the paint containers had burst and dried up. Hoping to resolve this and report back.

I absolutely love spending my time painting this beautiful custom portrait they sent and see it coming together better than you expect.
I ran out of paint so I emailed them and in less than 24hrs they emailed back and sent some more paints out free of charge!

Negative zero. My canvas came with no paint. Have called three day in a row with no response. Terrible

It's SCAM!! - do NOT oder here. No Star reserved! Waited for my order about 3 month, writing with the support back and forth, since I got the information, that my address is invalid, which is not. They told me they would resend my order, which never happened. After I asked for a refund, this was denied, since a re-send has been done. I'm completely disappointed from this shop

Never got my order. Shipped from China when they claim to be US based.

I'm very happy with the purchase! I live in Norway. They shipped, I think a day or two after order. Got a tracking nr. Shipping to Norway was as expected. I forgot to put in a discount code when paying, sent an email about this and they quickly refounded the amount. very impressive. My order was nicely packed. Just started to paint, so far so good. I do think the lines and numbers could be i bit more transparent, as some colors do not cover them very well. needs a lot of layers of the lighter colors.

Still haven’t received my purchase. It’s hard to review something you never got.

I asked to cancel my order 3 days before it shipped. The same day I ordered it. They didn’t respond to me until the day it “shipped” and said all sales are final. What BS company is that. I filed PayPal claims and am getting my money back since this company is fraudulent.

They claim they are from Delaware, USA...lie!
Horrible packaging, paints are hard.
Never buy from this company unless you dont mind waiting a very long time for the product, and then to receive it and be highly dissatisfied

I can't really rate the experience because I haven't experienced anything yet, still haven't received my order yet.
