Despite courteous communications we remain disappointed. Until this season elderly with mobility issues who benefit from attendance allowance and held an access card were allowed access with a wheelchair attendant going free.
This season the rules have changed an attendance allowance is no longer accepted.
After 40 years voluntary service as a Silverstone Marshall an a lifelong motorsport enthusiast it feels like a slap in the face.
After reaching retirement age, you can no longer claim PIPs , you have to claim attendance allowance. This is no longer acceptable at Silverstone.
So 10 out of 10 for promptness in responding to communications , but zero for the end result. Hopefully someone will listen.

We applied for the PA ticket and was granted it very quickly with clear instructions. We purchased our tickets, contacted support with our order number and again our request was dealt with so quickly - really looking forward to the event.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Nicky for her wonderful help with my ticket purchase for the Silverstone Grand Prix this summer. She was incredibly helpful from the start, guiding me through the different grandstand options and finding me three perfect tickets. Unfortunately, I was too slow to respond and they sold out. Despite this, Nicky immediately found two other great options and reserved them so I could decide. I was so impressed with how quickly she replied and how willingly she offered solutions.

I purchased hospitality as my daughter is disabled and needs a quieter area. When I requested a refund for a carer ticket, I was told no, you can’t have a carer ticket in hospitality. My daughter doesn’t become less disabled in hospitality !!

I booked a Mclaren driving experience for my husbands 40th. We had a great morning. I do feel the signage could have been a little better as you come to the parking area of the experience however, all the staff were friendly, chatty and so helpful. We loved that myself, our 2 boys and husbands parents could also watch. We were not expecting to be able to go down into the pits and talk to my husband and really be apart of his experience. All the team were interactive and helpful. We could watch my husband on the track from the fence line, which was brilliant to hear the noise and feel the vibrations of the cars. We paid for a video of the experience which was given to us at the end via a QR code, which was easy and quick to access. We then got 50% off for the museum entrance for 5 of us. The experience days are very well thought out. Thank you Silverstone!

Sue and the team at Silverstone accessibility could not have been more helpful. The gave me guidance and helped me set up an account and reserve tickets for my Dads birthday at the circuit. The complete experience was well organised, helpful and easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Had my usual query about receiving this years ticket sent to my laptop in order that I can print off and produce at this years event as have had terrible problems with trying to download the Silverstone App which also happened last hence missing the event altogether. The problem for this year has been resolved and am having tickets sent to my laptop so I can print off myself.
Do not understand why Silverstone Management have adopted the App principal when it clearly does not work for all, why not send tickets as they used to for customers to print off themselves via their laptops and why do we have to wait months and months before receiving tickets. Why can't they be sent online the day they are purchased.
