I am so sorry this has happened. I can see that a member of staff has already replied to your email that you sent apologising for the picking error and advising we will rectify. But I wanted to reach out to apologise & can confirm these personalised pens are being printed as I type this and will be shipped asap.
Sorry again that our picking staff misread the quantity as 1 instead of 6. We are sending them back to school to take extra lessons in maths ☺️

Whole order printed on outside of box delivered
Bear in mind, they print the exact order on the package, so our sorting office in the village have had a ball with my order of dogging pen, blow (Trust pilot censored this!) spray, penis pasta etc. and my teenagers are mortified 😂

Hello Louise, unfortunately because your location is classed as international we have to put a customs label on the box, stating what’s inside or it won’t get through customs. We do not state what’s inside parcels for UK orders. Unfortunately we cannot send international parcels without a customs label.

Lots of silly things for a hen do

I ordered a Pet Portrait of my girly Mitzy who I lost in January.
From the start I was helped through every step by the amazing Vicki. I didn’t know which photo to choose, so I sent her a few! Bearing in mind this was a Saturday night and I was like a 5 year old who had lost their Mum in Asda, I was just lost about photos and which would work and sending panicked messages with my entire camera roll!
I chose one, but Vicki was honest and said it might not turn out as nicely as it should and suggested a photo. By this time I’d ordered it so cue more panic! Anyway she helped me through everything and was so lovely.
She sent me a picture of the portrait with a photo she’d chosen and I was blown away by it. It’s just so beautiful. It captures her eyes so perfectly it’s like she’s actually looking at me, I know it’s from a photo but her eyes were the window to her soul and it’s captured that so beautifully.
Thank you so, so much Vicki and Filthy Sentiments, you’ve been amazing from the start and this is just so beautiful, I’ll be able to have my girly on my living room wall, she’ll be there with me, where she always was. 🙂😘💜🐾 xxxx
