Perfect gifts for like minded people who are not offended!! ( they also do gifts for those easily offended I believe! ) Ordering was easy and straight forward, emails kept me informed of progress and arrived quickly. Ordered a mug, and was shocked to see in one side of it a massive company logo and writing . Emailed to say I would like one without the logo, and told as there is nothing wrong with the mug, then they won’t replace it.

You have stated that we have a MASSIVE logo on the reverse of our mug, I can confirm that our mugs do have an exceptionally small logo on the back of our mug, in fact it is 13mm (that's 3mm over 1cm, which I'm sure most would agree is small) we then have the product code on the mug to ensure when mugs are being picked we send you the right mug, we make 100's of personalised mugs a day, so it's imperative they have a code on them and unfortunately we cannot print on the bases of the mugs) we are no different to any other company who brand their items.
I'd just also like to highlight we have sold tens of thousands of mugs over the years and this is the first we have ever had a complaint regarding our tiny logo on the back.

Order from Silly Sentiments
I ordered some products off Silly Sentiments, and because I ordered over £30 I got free delivery. Within about 4 - 5 days my order came. Nothing was broken or bent, so that was good. Overall I was very pleased with Silly Sentiments.

Emailed complaint with no response
I have emailed a complaint requesting a refund on arrival of my £30 worth of stuff for £10 , as was very disappointed with what came and what came is only worth £10 not £30. This was a week ago and I have yet to have a reply. I attached a photo of what came to my email that's had no response. Also the edible goods expire in 1 month so can't use them for Xmas presents as intended.

We are sincerely sorry about that. As stated in our email, the value of your items in your mystery bundle comes to £33.95, which you paid £10 for. Mystery bundles can contain any products from our website so of course it is difficult for us to please everyone. Of course you can return the goods to us for a refund.

Hi Sally, I am so sorry you didn't like the size of our chocolate message slabs. Our delicious chunky message slabs weigh in at 140g which is more than other chocolate slabs on the market. The weights are on our website and I am sorry if you didn't see this at the time of ordering
