Having looked for a long time and reviewed many of the big names in kitchen fitting, Sigma were by far a better service and longevity of the finished product that is backed by warranty was an important factor in our decision to choose Sigma 3.
Our kitchen designer Bryony was a wealth of knowledge, open to ideas and her finished design surpassed our expectations. We now have a room which is not only functional but a beautiful room to spend time.
The whole team were amazing and couldnt do enough to help ensure we are left with a kitchen that we will be enjoying for many years to come.

We really had an excellent experience with Sigma3 in Swansea. Eleanor was very caring, professional and resourceful with different planning options. Her design really helped our house project. Simon was also really supporting during the installation process.

The project was a great success, thanks to the skills and professionalism of a truly excellent team.

We loved the kitchen from the moment we saw it in the showroom. From the beginning to end of the process José supported and advised and could not have been more helpful. Our experience was stress free and really pleased with our beautiful, new kitchen. Craig also helped to make the kitchen fitting phase seamless. We would totally recommend.

Good selection of kitchens. Planning service helped me choose exactly what I wanted. Complete package of removing old kitchen, modifying house and fitting new kitchen went very smoothly. We bought a kitchen and later a utility room. The process was clear with plenty of opportunities to discuss the design, payment options and fitting dates. We had one issue with our survey but it was rectified quickly. The fitters were excellent on both occasions. They worked hard, discussed fitting options openly and were extremely friendly throughout.

From the design and planning with Ollie to the installation of the kitchen, it has been a first class service with Sigma3, Esher. We are delighted with the look and quality of our kitchen and can't recommend them highly enough.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew this would be the company to use for our new kitchen.
Gavin was super helpful and was able to design a beautiful kitchen from our ideas.
His knowledge and understanding is amazing, he really is a superstar.

From Design to build, everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
After the initial design meeting, Gavin and Collin visited the house to check measurements and brought the kitchen samples so we could check the colours we had chosen would look ok in that room.
The design pack we received was very detailed, which reassured us that we were using the best.
During the build there were a couple of minor snags but these were quickly resolved and didn't cause any delays.

We received a follow up call a few weeks after the installation to check everything was ok.

The designer at Colchester Avenue, Jose Nova, was really understanding and full of ideas for what we might want, so came up with a great design, somewhat different to our initial ideas but that is what you speak to a designer for.
We loved the design and went with it, it was all planned out and everything went like clockwork. The installation team, Mike and his team were really good, nothing too much trouble and high standard of work.
So overall I have nothing but praise for the Sigma 3 team at Colchester Avenue, Jose and his colleagues and would happily recommend them to all.

We started looking at kitchens back in January and popped into Sigma 3 Kitchens in Abergavenny, where we met Lacra. From that first meeting, she has been incredibly helpful throughout our entire kitchen journey — from design ideas, working through numerous colour options, right through to the final product.

Lacra was extremely patient, nothing was ever too much trouble, and her communication was excellent. We were always kept informed about what was happening, and her attention to detail really made a difference.

I must say all of the staff at the Abergavenny showroom were also very friendly and welcoming. There was never any pushy sales talk — just genuine, knowledgeable advice which we really appreciated.

Our kitchen has now been installed by Jamie, who was brilliant! The fitting was done to a very high standard and we’re absolutely delighted with the end result.

Would we recommend Sigma 3? Absolutely — it’s been a great experience from start to finish!

Sigma 3 Kitchens Newport have been amazing! I'm thrilled with my beautiful new kitchen in Sea Salt.
The whole team have been professional, friendly, polite and do what they say the are going to do. I was kept in the loop the whole time and there were no 'hidden' costs. Dave Davies' design has been spot on, he listened to my ideas and incorporated everything I wanted in the final product. James, the surveyor has been professional and diligent and provided a detailed schedule of works. Craig and the prep team were friendly, clean and efficient and completed the work in the time window. Dave the kitchen fitter was punctual, friendly and meticulous. There was a small snag with my larder door but this was sorted out as quickly as possible by Tim and Dave the fitter returned to complete the work and it was finished beautifully. It's not the cheapest option available but it was worth paying extra for quality and peace of mind. The kitchen is of premium quality and the cupboards are very well made. It all works so well and has made life much easier with the benefit of being such a joy to look at. Well done Sigma 3 Newport, you're all fabulous!

Joe was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of our kitchen renovation. He listened carefully to our wish list and incorporated this in his design, as well as maximising the space available. He was prompt to answer any queries and communication was seamless.
He provided the expertise we needed when considering work surfaces and appliances.
We are very pleased with the results.

Fantastic support throughout the whole design process from Joe and Eleri. Great to have a team so knowledgeable about the range and also to share their experiences of what may work best in your room and always on top of next steps. Willing to explore all the options so you can be sure and provide lots of coffee and biscuits to keep you going! Recently visited Sigma 3 to look at a new kitchen and to be fair their showroom was by far the best presented of the various kitchen providers we visited and we visited a lot. Eleanor, was extremely helpful on the day and she guided us through the various kitchen options, visited our home and designed a kitchen that fitted our needs. Our new kitchen is fantastic with a number of little quirks we did not know we needed. Really great service and whilst a tad more expensive than some providers, well worth the additional cost. Highly recommend

A 5 star service at Sigma 3, from the welcome we received at the CulverHouse Cross showroom, Jon the designer, Louise, Ed and the fabulous team comprising Kevin, Greg, Mark and Andy who completed all the internal building work, electrics and installation of our new kitchen.
We could not fault a thing the kitchen is wonderful, with every little detail carefully considered and executed to a high standard.
A real winning combination of a quality product and a great team!

Thank you to Rasa, Ralph, Oliver & all the team for not only a top level service but also your support, patience & humour throughout. It has enabled us to have an amazing kitchen which is now the heart of our home.

I had a very warm welcome from staff on entering the showroom. I asked Designer Joseph Jeynes to design me a kitchen with a wow factor which he delivered, it was perfect, just spot on, he exceeded my expectation. I had had several designs from other companies and none of them came up to Joe's design. So the decision was easy. I now have a kitchen that i not only cook in but a room to dine and socialise in. Joe was excited for me and promised to come and see the end product, which he did with Louise. They both went above and beyond to help me choose the flooring and colour for breakfast stools. The fitters for Sigma3 KJ Installations Kevin and Greg along with their team of electricians, plumber, plasterers were fantastic in installing my new kitchen. Everything ran like clockwork. What a transformation, it is stunning, i am absolutely delighted and have no hesitation in recommending Sigma3. Thank you Joe for designing my dream kitchen 😊.

I don’t usually write reviews (this is my first), but had to highlight our wonderful kitchen!

Ollie spent time with us focussing on every detail, making sure we got everything beautifully tailor-made for us and the specifics of our kitchen space. It is even better than we thought it would be, and our expectations were high with the detailed plans drawn up.

Ollie was quick to pick up on any questions during the design process and came up with really great ideas. He was also flexible in changing and tweaking the plans to make sure it was perfect for us.

Ralph, the installation manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He visited the site to check everything thoroughly, and discuss the timeline with our builders. Great communication and planning throughout. Glen did a superb job installing the kitchen, making adjustments where needed. And, finally, the kitchen itself - the really excellent quality of units and appliances, much admired by guests.

Great process from start to finish. The design was a good experience with lots of input and advice from Dave and assistance from Alice.(think we ended on revision 12 from memory!…)The prep team (Steve, Jason, Curly and a cast of trades managed by them) were brilliant and accomplished a LOT in a small period of time. Nothing was too much trouble and problems were solved before they caused delay to the programme. Andrew installed the kitchen efficiently and demonstrated great experience and craftsmanship which is clearly displayed in the quality of the finished product. Finally James the installation manager communicated well throughout the process, arranged solutions to snags and monitored the scheme which made the process feel easy. I can confidently say that Sigma3 can offer a well rounded team. I would recommend Sigma3 to anybody looking for a kitchen renovation that desires a high quality finish.
