Great process from start to finish. The design was a good experience with lots of input and advice from Dave and assistance from Alice.(think we ended on revision 12 from memory!…)The prep team (Steve, Jason, Curly and a cast of trades managed by them) were brilliant and accomplished a LOT in a small period of time. Nothing was too much trouble and problems were solved before they caused delay to the programme. Andrew installed the kitchen efficiently and demonstrated great experience and craftsmanship which is clearly displayed in the quality of the finished product. Finally James the installation manager communicated well throughout the process, arranged solutions to snags and monitored the scheme which made the process feel easy. I can confidently say that Sigma3 can offer a well rounded team. I would recommend Sigma3 to anybody looking for a kitchen renovation that desires a high quality finish.

Absolutely brilliant service and product from start to finish. Ollie in Esher was fantastic, putting up with endless design changes and questions with patience and humour, Ralph in the operations department was amazing at solving various issues caused by our fairly useless builders and Ingus who fitted the kitchen was wonderful - providing creative solutions and a perfect a finish. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen - the whole process has been great service wise and the kitchen itself is amazing quality at a sensible cost. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Ollie and the team at Esher. We really appreciated the level of detail and care that Sigma provide. Great to see a family-run British firm doing so well also.

Sigma and the team were professional and helpful throughout the whole process. If there were any queries or issues during the install then they got back to us and resolved them really quickly. We’re really pleased with our kitchen as it’s high quality and stylish. We opted for Neff appliances and so far so good. The prep work was well communicated and done very quickly.

My whole experience has been great. Designer Joseph Jeynes did an amazing job. He listened to all of my thoughts and also the things I didn’t want. The resulting design was near perfect and accounted for everything that needed to be included. After very few tweaks the results are perfect. Our fitters KJ installations (Kev and Greg) coordinated all the trades we needed for our prep work and that process could not have run smoother with the added help from Louise at Sigma3. Everyone has been so approachable and friendly and the resulting kitchen is fabulous. I will definitely be recommending Sigma3 to friends and family.

Firstly I will say the units are great quality we have no issues with these, our issues are with their inflexibility. We choose Sigma as we wanted to support a local company and would have thought in return we would have got a more personal service but this wasn’t the case.

Our kitchen install involved some building work which due to unseen issues dragged 2 weeks over planned, we asked Sigma to move our delivery date back to accommodate this but they would not (even asked the area manager) and they just stated their T&C’s. We ended up having a full kitchen delivered to a building site and to top this off they insisted that we opened and inspected everything within 7 days of delivery which meant we had to inspect everything in a room that was still being plastered! Again asked for an extension but refused.

Long and short is that we wouldn’t use these guys or recommend them unfortunately, they caused us a lot of stress that was unnecessary.

Great experience from start to finish.
Also had Clive ringing a few weeks later to check that we were happy with everything.
Dave the salesman and Arthur the fitter were professional and friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
The wardrobes are lovely and look more expensive than they were.
Everything went according to plan...no problems or delays.

Great experience! The only thing I’d knock a star off for is the handless rail. They are foil wrapped mdf as opposed to sprayed aluminium. I felt this let the overall quality down as the foil has some air bubbles. Apart from that the kitchen overall is very high quality and built to last. Tony was brilliant. Always on the other end of the phone to sort out any issues. Would highly recommend

Very professional service from start to finish, with lots of choice. All measurements were correct and double checked and a very good finish and fitting service.

We had such a great experience of Sigma 3. We first met our designer Lisa who is absolutely fantastic. We sent her some pinterest ideas and she stuck to the look we wanted whilst making some suggestions and improvements. The team were brilliant when we had to make some changes to the build and Lisa had to recreate some of the space.
The kitchen has been installed and it's such good quality and looks exactly like the plans and images Lisa designed.
We are so thrilled with the end result and the whole process of working with Sigma 3.

Lisa is an amazing designer, or goes over and above to ensure that the kitchen design is just right. She is very creative, insightful and supportive throughout the whole process. The process is seamless from the designers, quality control to installers.

After having a couple of people in to look at our kitchen we stumbled upon Sigma. The designer, Melina who came out to look at our kitchen was not phased at all by my idea of incorporating a massive square pillar into a large island. She listened to all my needs and wants, and came up with an amazing design that didn’t need tweaking at all. The whole process has been great. The fitter Chris was meticulous and professional and the kitchen looks amazing. It has transformed a rather big room with a pillar in the middle into a sleek attractive kitchen with lots of storage.

We bought our utility room cabinets from County Kitchens in Esher and though it was only a small job, they could not have taken more care.
Ollie the designer was amazing - we were really pleased with the layout and he was able to accommodate our existing basin. Glen the fitter was diligent and careful - he double checked a couple of things and worked round the existing plumbing. The project manager liaised with our builder while we were away and organised deliveries and the removal of the offcuts.
Everyone was helpful, took the time to be clear about what we wanted and never made us feel like it was a “small” job (even though it was!). We’d definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with Sigma team at Swansea as they guided from our first visit to the showroom to designing phase and completion of our Kitchen. Bryony has been exceptionally helpful and made each step of the process clearly. She communicated well and arranged meetings. She was patient with all our trivial questions and doubts.
Tony joined our project and guided well too. We are very grateful to receive great service from Dean, Fitter.

So chuffed with our kitchen - from the day we visited the showroom to the last day of our fitting, we have been over the moon.
Katie was great from day one and showed us different options for our kitchen which we hadn’t thought of, and helped massively when we became indecisive on colours and styles that would work well in our kitchen.
All the people who worked on the job were fantastic, nothing was too much for them.
We would recommend sigma 3 to anyone 😀

The second time we have bought a kitchen from Sigma and once again you can't fault them. Vijay, the manager in Esher is extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. From his design to the installation, it really was seamless. We would highly recommend.

We used Sigma3 Kitchens, Swansea. From beginning to end of our project - this company took great care of us. Our kitchen designer, Gavin - is very friendly, creative and gave expert advice and support throughout. The materials used are very high quality and we found there is great choice of innovative furniture. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. The fitters we had - Dan and Connor - are simply superb at installation and did everything possible to ensure we were happy with their work. Most importantly, all we were in contact with at Sigma3 - Gavin, Dan, Connor, Tony and Beth provided friendly, expert help throughout. When you are investing a lot of money in home improvements, you want to be sure you select the best company - we’re so pleased we did! Many thanks!

Emma at the Abergavenny showroom seemed to know exactly what I wanted and needed from the first conversation I had with her. She produced an amazing design, encompassing everything I had hoped for. Emma also took the time to actually visit our house, which some firms do not.
Our fitter Jamie also done an amazing job and I would not hesitate to recommend them both.
The kitchen is beautiful and I am very pleased with it.

Very happy with the way our new kitchen turned out. Tom in the Swansea office designed the kitchen taking in our exacting requirements and using his experience guided us on what was possible. The project was then handed over to Jason to plan and organise the various skilled tradesmen. Builders Simon & Simon (& Alfie, the apprentice) were courteous and very clean and tidy. It wasn't a straight forward install, walls needed plastering, complete rewire (Jamie), and decorating, also some design changes as we went along all taken care of by Sigma3. Highly recommended.
