ShowZ have provided a consistently excellent experience. Even if I have been unlucky on occasion and received a faulty product, which is rare, the customer service team have provided a quick resolution.

I've been a customer since 2022. They have the best customer service of every platform i have bought from before, they manage to give spare parts for free and if my parcel had any problem, they always take responsability and give me a solution. They are very reliable in every way

The communication has been excellent. I forgot to change to my new address and Elijah worked hard to get everything figured out to get the figure to my new address. Again, very good communication and service. I have stopped pre ordering from other vendors because of how Elijah and Show Z have treated me.

I have been with ShowZ since 2018 and literally bought over 200 figures. The fact that they are a trustworthy company is what keeps me going back for more. They have taken excellent care of me and my problems over the years and l always end up being happy. Bottom line, the kid in me wants toys, so I want to get the best priced figures in the safest possible way, and I found that with ShowZStore. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

I've been doing business with Show Z for about 3 years now. Their prices are excellent, their premium member program is more than worthit, and the shipping is fast considering they are based in a far away country from me. It's been very rare that I have had issues with my orders, but when a problem has presented itself, they have helped me tremendously keeping prompt communication and fast solutions. Figure had a logistics issue where it said it was delivered but never showed up, first time that ever happened, customer service worked with me to figure it out. When they figured out the package was lost they sent me a new one!

I live in Europe and have several years buying at ShowZStore. All and all the experience has been positive and it really helps avoiding higher prices from US-based stores. ShowZ service is good, they are very helpful and I am sure I've had one or two issues related to the product (manufacturing issues, not related to ShowZ) that were handled directly with the manufacturer. As said, this is the first time I am leaving a review about ShowZ after being client for several years now. After all these years they have won my trust and have well-deserved 5 stars.

I am a customer on ShowZStore over 6 years now and I am very very pleased with their services.
First of all I love their After-Sales Service. It is the best in the market. Although there is a probability to receive a damaged product that it is not the fault from the store, they always help and send the replacement parts or a refund.
Another best feature of this store is the variety of the products with amazing prices and perfect protection on the product's boxes that they shipped.
I like the comment system with points because most of the comments are useful for my next purchase and also you can reduce the final price of a product with these points.
Finally, I have spoken to other people for this fantastic online store and they already use it.

As a Transformers die hard fan this is the main site to go to.
They have the best prices in the internet on most figures and their customer service is AWESOME. I It's quite slow that's true, but i always recieved the replacement parts, and even when they couldn't send the parts cause of the figure's brand fault, they refunded me a big part of the sum thru points. The points are a genious way to save even more money for us collector and show they care about their customers.
I also spoke with them on discord (on wich they have an awesome community and events!), their website, thru emails and they were always kind and available to do whatever in my need, to be also open to listen their customers feedbacks and suggestions is not a given thing!
As a commerce worker myself i say this is how you gain your client trust and earn new ones: by being transparent and being supportive to your clients in both good and bad buying experiences :)

I've been a customer for many years, and it's my main source of supplies. Thanks to their pre-orders, I can get all the figures I need. Fast shipping and super-strong packaging. Excellent communication with all the staff. I've rarely needed their after-sales service, but when I did, they've always been there for me. Best store for me.

I put down a deposit to order an item and I paid the full price of the item
a week after it became available, but instead of it shipping soon after like they made it seem it would, nothing happened and I contacted them and they told me it would ship with the next batch, but it has been about a month now and it is still sitting in the warehouse. I don’t even think they had the item when I bought it.

Placed an order and never received any information regarding shipping. After 25 days of nothing I emailed them four times and still never received an answer. On the fifth email they replied and hour after my email informing me of that the order was canceled with no reason at all. I urge anyone who thinks of buying from this small company to avoid the headaches and go through eBay or another company. Half of the emails they have on their website do not even work. I believe this is an extremely small disorganized and unprofessional company ran by one or two people at most. AVOID THE NIGHTMARE!

I really like shopping with ShowZStore. It's my go-to for 3rd party Transformers figures. The prices are fair (and I've compared), pre-orders are respected and filled in a timely manner (unlike a big bad seller where I've actually had to wait 9 mos for a GI Joe figure), and their packing is first rate (usually a box or hard foam packaging with corner protectors and tape more than sufficient to protect the box from wet weather.) I've had to contact customer service to ask questions several times (my issue or problem - not theirs) and I've received an answer quickly. Here's the best example of their great customer service: I contacted customer service not to complain or request a refund, but just to ask if they had any suggestions on what I might be able to do to, if anything, about a really loose shoulder joint on a figure. First of all, they didn't make it, so it wasn't their fault, and in reading other customers' reviews after the fact, it seems as though it was a common problem. Anyway, next thing I knew, I received a notice that replacement parts were on the way. I certainly didn't expect that. When I received the package, I found that they'd sent me a number of new parts to replace problem areas, including a whole new torso! Not only that, but accompanying the parts was what seemed like an apology note (it was written in Chinese, so I have no idea what it said) together with some trinkets. I highly recommend this store.

I've been shopping at ShowZ store for the past 4 years. Generally great service for those who can handle ordering a toy from the other side of the planet. They do great shipping and protect the boxes better than anything I've ever received from AliExpress. Reminder that you are ordering a toy from thousands of miles away and these toys end up in the hands of local USA based shipping agents. That is where your local driver tries to smash the boxes or toss them in bushes. ShowZ has been great about making sure I get my package in the end and is super good at contacting the shady 3rd Party factories for replacement pieces. Their after service is better than anything you can get on eBay or Ali.

There can be tense moments waiting for toys to arrive, but I like ShowZ's pricing and support so much that they're my #1 source for Transformers.
