I've been buying from ShowZStore since 2019, and they've ALWAYS provided fantastic service. Most of my orders have arrived before the estimated delivery date. The one time a package went missing after 2 months, they gave me a full refund in store credit while assuring me it was still on the way. When the figure finally arrived after five months and I contacted them, they never asked for the money back because it had taken too long. Their after-sales support is excellent too, they even help find replacement parts for figures purchased elsewhere for a small fee. After years of dealing with them, I can highly recommend ShowZStore.

Prices are the best. Amazing delivery times from other side of the world. Very solid packaging. Great after sales support and even better over all support from the "contact" you are provided with every order. I have had pieces break while I was handling them - immediately replaced. One time there was a very small screw hole cover missing on one side of the model I bought - replaced immediately. Lost a package once during delivery and although we did have to give it time to not show up, understandably, but as soon as that seemed the case I received a new one about 2 weeks later.

ShowZ carries a wide selection of 3rd party and 4th party Transformer figures, as well as other stuff. They have outstanding customer service, very fair pricing, and great shipping. They package very secure so it arrives in great condition. I highly recommend them for your collection. If you're reading this, I assume you are a collector.

What is the most important is their excellent customer service. They replied to emails and their site messages quickly. They helped me resolve issues with replacement parts or shipping promptly. For example, USPS could not deliver one of my packages recently due to the shipping company’s error. ShowZ quickly sent me a replacement package. I certainly would highly recommend ShowZ.

Quick to replies to any queries, and set reasonable expectations. When I have issues with any products, their after-sales support is unmatched. I've purchased close to 100 items from ShowZ and have only had issues on less than 5%, and those were from delivery issues - which ShowZ corrected every time.

This company has always gone above and beyond to guarantee that every transaction with them goes perfectly.
