Shoptora 

I purchased a steam generator iron. I received invoice and order confirmation straight away. (on 29 October 2019)
The next day I received another email stating that due to high demand for this item I would have to wait between 15 and 20 days and that they would provide an additional 6 moths warranty as compensation for the delay. I agreed to wait as the item was at a good price.
I have not received the item or any communication from Shoptora. I cant get in touch with them as there website is down.
My advice avoid this company, do not buy anything from them.

This is a complete non legit site, ordered headphones received an email stating that it would be delivered with 15-20 days due to high volume of orders, could not respond back to email and only option was to continue. Money was instantly took from account. Checked after 15days to contact them and email is now bouncing back and site has been taken down however they are now back selling stock under the name CARTBRIGHT- do now buy from here either it is all debited from the account as EUROTEXT- I cant believe I fell for this i have contacted my bank and it is being investigated I have also contacted google as items they are selling are showing in Google’s shopping section and linking you to their website

Should be no stars, have not received my order after 6 weeks. I have made a successfull chargeback through my creditcard chargeback scheme, and would advise anyone who does not receive their goods to do the same. I have also reported them to action fraud, which I would also advise all to do the same. This is the only way to stop them operating in this way

Unable to give zero stars so it'll have to be 1. Took payment on Nov 5th, delivery shown to be 5-7 days, today is Nov 27th, no product, no contact. Unable to find a phone number. Not sure my emails have been received.

a site completely sneaky, 2 months waiting for my article and nothing, send email nobody responds, just want my money please.

Ive been spanked.paid for firestick but not delivered after a month and just blagged off on emails..there should be a law against this how do i claim my money back

Same as all the other reviews - same email from Alexandra saying it's reached the UK and DHL will be in touch to deliver - nada, zip, zilch!! No sign of their website anymore so kiss your money goodbye - DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE.

same story as the rest .. placed order. then came the email of 15-20 days delivery due to stock shortage.. its been 56 days and nothing

Ordered a Fire Stick and they started out by saying the order would take 15-20 days due to stock issues and that they would throw an extra 6 month warranty. I contacted them a month later and apparently it was in the EU territory and the courier will be in touch soon. ALl in all I've waited 56 days and now the website it down.

Update: Still nothing received at this stage

Same experience as many others, product ordered, paid for. NO PRODUCT NO REFUND NO CONTACT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .

Ordered a product on 10th October. Website showed 800 in stock. Delivery stated as 5 days from order placement. Got an email saying they had taken payment money. I was then contacted by Alexandra who said delivery was delayed but I would get the product in 15-20 days. This didn't happen. I contacted them and was told the product had entered European territory and was waiting customs clearance. I would then be contacted by DHL to arrange delivery. That was 18 days ago. In all 44 days have now passed. The website has now disappeared so I can no longer contact them. I have given up on ever getting the product, or be given my money back. Shoptora are absolutely useless and NOT to he trusted. People like these are despicable. I cannot say more in way of warning. They will take your money and you will not get the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Never again will I shop with these I still have not receive my item I ordered back in September

Do not buy from this company!!!!
I am now dealing with them through the fraud unit on my card.
They took the money and didn't deliver the goods.

I ordered from Shoptora I can’t contact them do not buy will take your money and you will get a email stating due to a large number of orders on the chosen reference we inform you that the new delivery time is between 15 and 20 that was 3rd October 2019 It’s 22nd November still nothing paid by credit card should get a refund (Don’t buy) received my money back from my card.

Hi I ordered garden shed October from this company still not received it .tried contacting them with no joy they have taken the money and if I could score them zero I would .i advise everyone to steer clear of them

I can’t score them lower other wise I would. I found these on Google for a fire stick at £29.99, after a week I had an email saying it’d be delivered in 20 days due to high product demand.
I have now lost my money and I can’t contact them at all, I’d advise to stay well clear of them.
Right before Christmas too.
Then to top it off after taking my money they reported my review! (Twice) Lol you can’t make it up.
Also their website went down and doesn’t exist anymore.

My bank automatically stopped my payment to this company Shoptora as vendor named as STYLE-ROARDS. They advertise goods at excellent prices and gain your bank details at checkout.Thank goodness Santander bank aware of this and intercepted payment to them. Beware.
