Not only are Shoptora scammers, Trustpilot facilitates this by allowing them to "own" the negative reviews (there are no positive ones) and close them down. There are no goods, this is just a scam.... Mehr ansehen

My husband and i purchased a hot tub from this site, it said to be delivwred in 3-5 days.
Then had an email saying it would be 15-20 days.
We are still waiting 3 weeks later and nothing from them 😡😡😡😡😡.
None delivery of goods, no refund.

I ordered a "Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote | streaming media player" on 13th Oct 2019. Shoptora to be fair, have replied to my queries, the last saying that my order is now in European territory and is with customs and that DHL will contact me to arrange delivery. That was on 7th Nov and I've still not heard anything more. So at best the service is very slow. Also I note that the shoptora.co.uk site is down but the company has 2 new websites, shopora (note the "t" is missing) and also cartbright. I'll update with any developments.
Shopora have sent me a tracking number for my order, but after a week it is still not showing on any tracking system.
I've requested a refund...
UPDATE 19th Dec' 2019. Now downgraded to 1 star. Shopora (Shoptora) agreed the refund and stated it would be processed within 14 working days, 14 days came and went and no refund, so I contacted them and they said it takes time to transfer funds from bank to bank, who are they kidding? Subsequently I have contacted my credit card provider to claim a refund from them.
Terrible service
Terrible. Ordered my item 35 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried to get in contact with them three times to confirm the delivery date and still no response. Would recommend staying away from Shoptora.

i had a bad experience,
but managed to get my payment refunded by the bank. hope they get investigate soon before more people get similar bad treatment. When I purchased their site was shoptora.co.uk but this has been changed to shopora.co.uk. They are not based in the UK.

Item never received. Told delayed, time passed, still no item. Told would be given refund. Refund never received. Currently being investigated by credit card company. Really hope to get my money back. Paid almost 300 pounds. Website keeps changing its business name and web address.

Experience mirrors those below, take your money, confirm your order then email about 15-20 day delay due to popularity, will give you an extended guarantee because of delay, email to ask you to agree to it, then no response again. Last response domain name no longer exists. £53 up the Swanee but others have lost so much more. I've read elsewhere that you can claim back your bank for Credit and Debit cards so have raised this with them. Not holding out much hope. Will definitely check internet forums before I order companies in the future!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - I ordered and paid for something 23 Sept, am still waiting. No one ever responds to emails. Shocking service, wish I'd never used. Would give them zero stars if there was this option.
AVOID - scam site.
Shocking service. Ordered some wireless headphones for €30.99 on 20th October. I then received an email on 21 October saying:
"Due to a large number of orders on the chosen reference we inform you that the new delivery time is between 15 and 20 days.
As compensation for this delay, we offer you an extension of the warranty for an additional six months.
Please confirm your agreement by return of this letter."
I emailed them back to say I needed the item quicker and can I have a refund. They replied on 23 October saying:
"Your request for reimbursement has been taken into account,
It will be effective within 14 days"
It is now 11 Nov, i.e. 19 days later, there is no sign of the refund, and when I emailed them to chase today, I got a delivery failure notification:
"Your message wasn't delivered to xxx because the domain shoptora.co.uk couldn't be found."
Their website is no longer working and I have no idea if I will get a refund or not.

If i could put -5 stars i would! Absolutely shocking company. I emailed asking where my order was emma emailed back quickly asking for my order number so i sent it and then no reply! Will be speaking with my bank...please DONT use shoptora, cartbright whatever there called!

Emails returned, I managed to get a tracking number for China post, no link, so was not sure if it was correct, checked with all the sites that came up to no avail, asked for a link to the right site and surprisingly got no reply, tried to get in touch again and the site is not working.
I’ve now begun a dispute through my credit card company... stay savvy, check reviews first... pass the word around.

Not the place to shop!
I have the same problem as many other people. My order was delayed by them, which meant it was no use for my purpose, so I requested a refund. This was promised by 29th October at the latest. Still being fobbed off by them will shortly involve my credit card company and hope they can sort. My advice is to shop elsewhere!
Still no item or refund
Initially informed me that "due to overwhelming demand I was going to have to wait up to three weeks for my item". Over a month later and I still haven't got order. Requests for a refund have, so far, been ignored.
Item never received
I placed an order for an outdoor storage shed 6 weeks ago as delivery stated 5-7 days also this site had a UK website address. After ordering I received an email saying due to popularity this item would be delayed due to stock levels and would be 15-20 days.
I have since been emaling to chase and ask for tracking ID, but receive blunt replies like - check your late delivery email.
I then checked reviews and could see many others have had similar issues.
It has now been over 6 weeks, I have contacted my credit card company who are issueing a refund.
My advise if you have ordered is to contact your card company and get your refund - these refunds are taken back from the such companies account.
Please learn from this , as I have, and research companiy reviews before purchasing online.
