The 2 lounge sets I bought were perfect and true to size. I then purchased a few hundred $$ worth of items that I had to return and was shocked to see I could only flyer store credit b/c they had been on sale. I really didn’t like anything else abs the sweater and matching top/pants set I got were scratchy.

Heavy and uncomfortable fabric
The clothes are made out of a fabric that doesn’t have a lot of give and is not very comfortable. Also the fabric is heavy. Athleisuure wear is generally light and comfortable, so I was disappointed with this purchase.

This outfit was adorable….so pretty in…
This outfit was adorable….so pretty in pink…..however it was a final sale and the sizing was way off! The image of sausage casing comes to mind! I should never purchased a knit/ sweater ensemble never having bought from you before. This would have fit my 12 year old granddaughter …I do not recall seeing a warning that it runs small. Very disappointing!

Dress I ordered was WAAAAAAY too big
Dress I ordered was WAAAAAAY too big, even Small. Returned but did not see that items below a particular price are only for credit and to top it off they charge for the retirn so now I have only a portion of what I originally paid and there is NOTHING available close to that price. Will keep trying to spend the $ but will NEVER order from this site again

Charges for returns only apply with a "return for a refund" resolution - as the logistics for back and fourth delivery are paid by us :)
if you are trying to exchange \ return for store credit you have no extra charges what so ever.
