I have credit towards a purchase from a return in 2022. Website nonfunctional x 2 years. No answer to emails.

Great customer service
Great customer service. They may take 1-3 days to respond which was nerve wracking but I finally received a response when they received my return. They immediately shipped my exchange. Also their shipping is very fast, which I like!

The return policy is terrible
The return policy is terrible. Money back should be an option, not just credit when items are on sale. I ordered 3 items that when they arrived, were much too small, and because they were bought during a sale, I couldn’t exchange or get my money back. When I tried to reorder a larger size using my credit, it was charging me the non-sale price. So, I’m stuck with a credit.

All reviews say Silk & Salt does not offer a full refund on "ineligible" items, and are difficult to deal with, I ordered the largest size and it is too tight, so I can't get a bigger size. I don't want to get caught up in a lengthy process and end up with no full refund. Very disheartened by all the reviews.

I have been buying a lot of their product because I just discovered Silk & Salt. I love everything so far. The product is of nice quality, the fit is true, and everything washes well. After my 1st order, I placed a 2nd order.

Return and no refund offered
Well, since you asked…..I loved the ad showing the peacock wrap dress and ordered it. I am large busted and ordered a 3X. It was not true to size and didn’t cover things. I returned it and I have proof of the return. I was told I could only get credit for partial and only store credit…..so my credit is sitting on my account and there is nothing that fits me….not a happy shopper 😟
