Dopo settimane dall'ordine confermato, mi arriva una raccomandata dal ministero della salute perché sembra che ci siano dei farmaci che non possono importare in Italia, quando in realtà ci sono solo cosmetici e roba di bigiotteria.

I honestly have been using this website for a few years now and I still love it! Their AOA products are so amazing for the price point. Because of COVID-19 their handling times are being delayed, but that is understandable. When you go on their site, a banner will pop up from the bottom telling you what order dates they are processing currently. Their $1 makeup products are usually a hit and miss (a hit more often than not), the AOA Studios and Charity Edition products are great!

this website is full of crap. I posted my.order on 5/13/20. Order status changed to fulfilled on 5/22/20. Also got an email that day saying that my tracking # will take 48hrs to update for me to be able to track my package. After 48hrs, I msged them to ask where my package was? They got back to me and said it is in the last stage of processing. Here I am, 48 more hrs later with no updates and no reply from them about why my order hasn't updated after 96hrs. Theres a big difference between shipped and processing. They are deceiving and full of crap. Spent nearly $80 for a bs customer service company. If I'm jobless and have a phone, they should be able to afford a phone for customers to call.

Choquer !! J’ai commander le 14 avril et j’ai reçu mon colis le 26 mai (un peu long) mais j’ai reçu TOUT mes produits intacte très bien emballée les pinceaux sont d’une qualités !! Et les produit pour le teint aussi. Franchement sa vaut clairement le coût.
Mon colis est venue des États Unis il a pris plusieurs semaine à partir pour l’Allemagne ensuite il a pris 10jours pour venir en France et ensuite 1semaine pour arriver chez moi sur Lyon. Voilà franchement foncer. Vous ne serez pas déçu

Ordine effettuato il 9 Maggio e ad oggi mai arrivato. Non riesco più ad accedere al mio account, a vedere la localizzazione del mio pacco e nemmeno il numero d'ordine, nonostante i soldi siano già stati prelevati dalla carta. Ho scritto un'email di segnalazione e mi è stato risposto che non trovano il mio ordine, (nonostante sia già pagato!!!!) Mi hanno chiesto quindi di fornire maggiori informazioni per aiutarli a "trovare" il mio ordine e dopo 4 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta ...staremo a vedere cosa succederà

Cercherò di spiegare come è andata. Ho ordinato sul sito di Shop Miss A il 28 Marzo. Successivamente mi hanno inviato una e-mail con la conferma dell’ordine e del codice per la spedizione. È assolutamente normale che il pacco ci metta tanto ad arrivare, arriva pur sempre da Dallas!! Poi il pacco il 22 aprile si è fermato a Feucht. Ero disperata perché con il codice che mi avevano dato (ovvero il terzo) non me lo rintracciava Poste Italiane e nemmeno l’app che uso io, ovvero 17TRACK. Stando su internet ho trovato un sito rintraccialamiaspedizione.it e dopo circa una/due settimane mi è arrivata una e-mail che mi confermavano l’arrivo del pacco in Italia. Il pacco era arrivato in Italia il 20 maggio, ma era fermo per lo sdoganamento. Oggi mi è arrivato, quindi state tranquilli, il pacco vi arriverà.

I ordered from this brand end of March 2020. And still haven’t received my order two months later.
It took a month before it even left its depot in Texas and then it made its way to Chicago to fly internationally to the uk. Which cost me around £16-£17. Which is a lot of money for shipping, for it to not arrive. I got updated on the app finally to say it arrived at an airport in London Uk. But I never received new tracking updates for the uk delivery company who would be shipping it to my address from London. Been about 2-3 weeks of it being in the uk, no idea where it is, no tracking information for who to contact next, and More importantly no parcel. Definitely don't recommend ordering from this brand if you’re international. Shop Miss A have stores in Texas, US. So if your from the US, It would Be safer to just visit their stores, instead of hoping it will be sent globally.

I placed an order three weeks ago and my order is still not "fulfilled" when I check on it. I have emailed twice over the past two weeks and just today received an email stating that I will receive an email when my order is being processed but due to Covid, it is taking a little longer to process orders. I get that it might take a "little longer" but it has been three weeks and my order still has not processed. Who knows if I will even receive this order. I replied to the email they sent me this morning asking to cancel order but have not received an email back. I'm not holding my breath.

Total scam! I placed an order of lash lift kit on April 13th, 2020, waited over 2 weeks but never received my order. Inquired with "support" email on 4/29 on the status of my order. I did get a response a few days later apologizing for the delay and they would investigate the issue and would update me within 2-3 days. I waited another week with no update. I sent another email on 5/8 inquiring again, no response, sent another email 5/18 asking for a refund, and of course no response. SCAM! DO NOT buy from Miss Actually!!

Have not received my delivery of €28 euro plus 9.95€ delivery fee, a total of €36.95. They have terrible customer service and send the same emails over and over. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT. I know you will think ur experience will be different but it won’t. Check their insta comments as well, they practically scam people.

Yes don’t get me wrong, cheap! But when you add shipping which is £8 by the way, it’s not as cheap as you might think.
I ordered on the 2nd of April were now at the 17th of May and still no delivery. I had a shipping update on the 17th of April to tell me it was still in Texas, it still hasn’t left 1 whole month later.
I get this is a drop shipping site of some sort however, a company with this many people buying from them and leaving terrible reviews, you’d think theyd be transparent on there website and manage people’s expectations with regards to shipping times bit better. I don’t care if it costs me more then I spent to buy it, but the second I receive the parcel I’m gonna send it back.

I waited a month for my order to arrive. Opened my package and the one thing I was looking forward to getting wasn't in there. They sent me the Essential AM brush set when I ordered the 10 piece Hi-Def brush set. It took them 3 days to answer my email asking for pictures and now here I am again waiting for someone to read and respond to the pictures. This is the worst customer service department EVER! Just save your money and buy from BH Cosmetics!!
