My products finally arrived! I placed my order around 23rd April, on the 8th of May I received an email to say my order has been processed and dispatched and a DHL tracking number attached (please note this is when the 7-27 WORKING DAYS shipping wait comes into play not from the second your order has been placed). Don't get me wrong reading these reviews I wasn't hopeful for the products to turn up but didn't mind too much as I ordered less than £50. But I kept checking every other day to see if it had been updated. Upon arrival in NJ I was no longer able to track the parcel so contacted Miss A, within 72 hours I had a response with a new tracking number as it changed once arriving in NJ, With a few more further updates as it was passed around the US. On the 10th of June the tracking updated it had arrived at Heathrow and was passed over to the UK courier service. I was then directed to the USPS and informed I would be send over new tracking details when available however this never happened. I decided I'd wait until the maximum shipping wait came around before contacting again. This morning, day 27, I had a knock at the door from the post man with the parcel which made me feel so relieved as anything coming with Hermes or DPD normally goes missing. If anyone from the UK is considering ordering from this site, I can only advise based on my own experience, then do it, but just be prepared to wait the maximum amount of time for your parcel especially with a worldwide pandemic going on. Thouroughly impressed with the products and good luck to anyone ordering in future.

Ho ordinato ad aprile e ad oggi il pacco ancora deve arrivarmi, ci sta che il pacco deve arrivare da lontano ma sono quasi 3 mesi che ho ordinato ed è assurdo che ancora deve arrivarmi... non consiglio a nessuno di acquistare su questo sito

Voglio rassicurare tutti quelli che non hanno notizie del pacco perché ad oggi a me risulta finalmente in Italia. Il mio ordine è partito il 23 aprile e dopo essere arrivato a Feucht in Germania, il 7 maggio, è rimasto bloccato fino a ieri quando ho visto che è arrivato in italia, a milano, e ha passato la dogana arrivando già a roma a distanza di 8 ore. Nel momento in cui arriva in italia potete controllare tutto sul sito di poste italiane. Farò una terza recensione per la qualità dei prodotti e SICURAMENTE una quarta negativa per DHL

I placed my order on May 17th and I was going to order more products a couple days ago since many items were in stock again. But I came across this website and I read the reviews and I was super scared my package would not come. So I chose to wait and not order a second round of things until my first order arrived. My package finally came today (June 12). All my products were there and I was not missing anything. In fact, I had some extra that I did not pay for that came so that was a bonus. I placed my second order today. I cannot guarantee that your package will come but just wait and be patient even though it’s super frustrating. I highly suggest buying all you items at once because it takes so long to come and if you choose to “test” the product and then buy more it will take a long time. I live in California so item from Texas is not too far away. I would keep mind the further you are the more time and chances packages can get lost. Be careful. BUT products are totally worth the price.

(FOR PEOPLE WHO ALREADY BOUGHT STUFF) MOST IMPORTANT THING IS DO NOT RELY ON THE “TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE” WEBSITE THEY PROVIDE YOU. IT LITERALLY IS UPDATED SUPER LATE. MY PACKAGE SHOWS IN TRANSIT BUT I HAVE IT AT HOME. SO DO NOT FREAK OUT IF IT DOSENT WORK AND FYI IT TAKES ONE WEEK FOR THEM TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ORDER AND THEN START PACKING YOUR STUFF AND THEN SHIPPING IT FROM TEXAS.

SIDE NOTE: I am not defending the company in any way I’m just stating facts and reasons that I observed.

Bottom LINE: Yes shipping takes a lot time and it seems, ( after reading other comments), your package may or may not get lost.

ho ordinato il 23 aprile ma mi hanno accettato l'ordine solo il primo maggio. Ad oggi, 10 giugno, la situazione è ferma all'ultima notizia del 23 maggio, cioè partito dall'impianto di esportazione (Des Plaines,Illinois). ho scritto all'assistenza ma non mi hanno risposto. Arriverà prima o poi??

i ordered my package on MAY 23RD!!! it’s now june 10th and i haven’t received it, customer service is terrible and they WILL NOT help you at all, they will just spew some bs and send you your tracking number again. Do not order from here, no matter the temptation of cheap makeup, you will not receive your order.

They took my money, and I never received any products. It has now been over 40 days, but they claim I have to wait 90 days before they can help me get my money back. Their website says it will take up til 27 days, but customer service wont help even though 27 days has expired. They stop replying. Do not shop from them, especially not if you are an international buyer. This is insane.

I haven’t even received my order and I ordered on the 11th of April , I email them and the shipping couriers and I just get the same replies and it’s so annoying , the customer service is terrible !!!

If live in EU I would recommed to you to not even visit their website. And if I could I would have given the not a single star. This website is crap even the app wish is 10000000% better then this website!!!!
First of all let me tell you my story.....
I placed an order on march the 3th and today is june 6th and guess what NO ORDER HAS ARRIVED!!! It has been 4 month ok let me repeat 4 FREAKING MONTH??!!! And I have tried to contact them but they answer after 2 weeks and they just tell me they are sad and that I have to wait 90 days for my package to be listed as missing. And I tried to ask them to get my money back and that I dont want my package anymore they told me that they cant???
Am so pissed I swear to god their costumer service is crap like really bad and they only take your money, they dont care if the package has arrived to the buyer or not. I have bought from websites in china like wish and aliexpress but nothing like this has ever happened..
SO I RECOMMED TO ALL OF YOU TO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ONLY SCAM PEOPLE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

I put in 3 orders because a youtuber I watch swears by them. I received a shipping number but nothing comes from it. Its been months. I've tried contacting the company with no response. I spent close to $100. Dont waste your money. You won't get your product or your money back.

Shipping took forever, so long I almost forgot I even placed an order with them.
The size of pretty much everything I got was way smaller than I expected. I’d say even smaller than sample sized products you would get in a monthly subscription. The pictures make it look like you will be getting a normal sized product, my fault I didn’t look at how much product was actually there.
Their “essential oils” have no smell to them and I bought quiet a few and they where all the same, along with their lotions.
The quality just isn’t there everything is pretty much trash. I’d definitely not recommend buying anything from here.

I had a missing item so I contacted miss a on May5th. The next week someone got back to me and gave me the choice of a refund or credit, i chose the credit. Here it is June 3rd and they will not answer any of my emails back. I email them atleast once a week. I feel like they are intentionally ignoring me. Its sad because I order from them a lot but will not any more and encourage you to think twice about ordering from them also. They have very poor customer service

Save your time and you money and go anywhere other than this site. Their customer service is trash and they dont care about their customers at all. I placed an order nearly 2 months ago, my package is finally supposed to be delivered today. (yeah I still technically havnt gotten it). After almost a month I contacted them about my order not being fulfilled. I didnt get an actual response back from customer service, just a random tracking number with no explanation or apology for the delay. When I looked up the tracking number it just said a label was created but no package was received by the company to the shipping facility. So another 2 weeks go by before I contact them again that they have not gotten the package to the DHL Shipping Facility to ship to me. I believe they gave me the tracking number to "shut me up" for a while. After I demanded a refund did I get another, not helpful, reply from "customer service" that my package had just been sent to the facility to ship to me. Please do not waste your time or money on this site, you wont get clear answers from them on anything and they are completely unhelpful to their customers. They take your money right away and expect you to wait months for your order.

GODDARN this shop is pissing me OFF. I placed an order on april 8th. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT, FLIPPING APRIL 8th. You know, it feels like such a long time ago that i have nostalgia. Ah, that’s when we were hoarding toiletpaper! And thats before the world exploded in violent protests! Ahh the memories!

No but seriously, i have emailed with customer service about three times now and the only response i get is: hErE iS yOuR tRacKiNG nUmBEr, We’Re eXpERiEnCinG dELaYs BeCaUsE oF cOVId’. Well no shirt LINDA since i have opposable thumbs I was able to track the order myself and it IS STILL IN SOME SHIRTHOLE IN TEXAS OF ALL PLACES. I have ordered stuff from China that took a fraction of the time to arrive in the Netherlands, and thats where the VIRUS STARTED YOU TWATWAFFLES.

So anyhoo, I have no option than to wait and wait and wait. Maybe my grandchildren will be able to enjoy the makeup. I do hope they are still big into highlighter at that time.. who knows!

i will NEVER buy anything from shop miss a again. i placed an order on may 5th and just received it today, june 2nd. customer service was VERY slow and HORRIBLE communication. i was never alerted if my order was processed and only received an email, after i emailed their support team, that my order had shipped. when i opened my package, a few of my items were missing even though it says they were included on my packing slip. if i'd known this store was basically just an online dollar tree, i would have saved my money. i could have gotten all of these things at the dollar store by my house. it looks cheap and feels cheap. i don't recommend this store and i will never waste my money here again.

AU$1.55 for most of the things in there, cannot complain. Some of their stuff are really great like foundations and highlighters. I bought a creamy eyeshadow that was awful though. Apart from that all is good very good bang for your buck.

I hope my stuff comes. This website is makeup for very affordable products correct..who do they think is buying these products?? people that don't have money to burn!!! Taking our money and making us wait is absolutely absurd and they need to get it together. I ordered MAy 5th. MAY 5th!! "two weeks time is a lie IDC if COVID-19 is messing yall up because people have been complaining since 2016!! what's the excuse? I order 30 dollars worth of stuff and I'm bored as hell in this house. I ordered form Juvias place and my order came in 4 daysmafter I ordered from Shop Miss A and it still came before. there is no excuse at all. Being Juvias place is way more popular the Shop Miss A. Shop MIss A is going out bad on god.
