Overall great products! I love all the merchandise, I have received.

I purchase often from I love jewelry. The merchandise is great quality. They are quite pricey so I usually wait for their Flash Sales or wait for the items I want to go on clearance. The wait time is “ok.” I feel like for an online “Boutique” their production time for personalized ie monogramming should be MUCH better than it is. Also, I will never purchase any handbags/totes again as their descriptions lack details as well as the pictures do not show the inside of the bags.

Had a horrible experience....ordered two jammies after getting one as a present and noticed that the initials were wrong on the order form for one of them. Called Customer Service and they told me that they would fix it, They didn't and it's incorrect! So now I get to give a gift with the wrong Initials! What a joke

I have been ordering from them and have bad customer service over 2 months wait for issues with orders and no answer on the telephone and automated emails...Shouldn't do business!!!

Ordered a monogram bag that turned out ok but not worth the money I paid for it. Thought I would try a mystery gift and like others it was junk. Ordered a medium and what they sent would fit a 300 lb person and the quality is horrible so it is getting donated to goodwill.

They are fantastic!!! Love, love, love my monthly subscriptions!!! It’s a sweet surprise every month in the mailbox for me. The dresses and jammies are so comfortable!!!

While I would like to give a higher rating I just can’t. I have been a previous monthly subscriber until recently. But I still liked to shop periodically. I recently purchased a 10 piece mystery bag. Thought it would be a good deal since most things I have gotten I have loved. Not the case this time. There were basically 3 shirts exactly the same and the quality of the other things were the worst I have received from this company! I have tried to reach out many times to customer service. When I finally did get a response it was followed by another week of silence and being ignored. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I will be taking my business elsewhere. So just a warning... don’t expect high quality customer service with I Love Jewelry. They apparently don’t believe in that!!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
When I placed an order I was told that it would be 15 days, then 4 weeks. We are here at 5 weeks, no replies, no answers. No nothing.
So I assume I’ll never see that $40 again.

I absolutely love this company! They have the softest pjs and in adorable patterns! They have super cute other merch around the holidays and everyone i gift to LOVES their items and it’s personalized!!! I will order lots more when all the new items hit!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Scam company. These people take your money and send you a cheaply made piece of clothing if you get anything at all. False advertising. What you see isn’t what you get either. The purses look like nice quality but it’s actually a cheap plastic material. The monograms are messed up 99% of the time and they won’t fix it or refund you. They tell you it’s suppose to look that way. Horrible customer service. Save your money. Don’t buy from this scamming company

Received my ten pack mystery items today and I have to say I was skeptical at first because of the comments on the Facebook page. I got a great variety of all shirts some of which are pajama shirts which is fine. But a lot of people aren’t aware that some of these are jammies I’m sure. Overall very satisfied

Ordered the mystery 5 piece set and, per the video, was told would receive 5 different items randomly selected. All items shown in video were very cute and appeared to be of good name brand and quality. Unfortunately, when I received my purchase ALL 5 items were shirts. Extremely disappointed as I would never have spent the money for 5 shirts, do not need 5 new shirts and out of those 5, only 1 maybe worn.
That's definitely not the mystery I was looking to waste my money on😔

I've ordered a few items from them. Everything has been great and good quality. Love the PJ's I've gotten!

Ordered the January 2020 MonoBox which I thought was a light sweater but it was made out of a thin tee shirt like material. After a long wait and anticipation to receive this item I was very disappointed in the quality.

So Sad this company has pretty items, but I have been trying to reach someone for over 2 months and all I get is automated emails. My June Subscription box was not even close to what is shown, my July box was just received yesterday the 31st of July , Also not what was pictured, HORRIBLE jewelry, and as of today they already billed August Subscription and I can Guarantee you it will not arrive until after the 25th of the month. Really want to continue but not worth getting charged $22 for ugly items you pay thinking you are going to receive what is pictured!! Worst part is you cannot get anyone to contact you back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased 6 sets of pajamas and every set has been amazing. The fabric is lush and soft and stay that way after every wash. Love,Love Love this company and would recommend it to everyone I know. Worth every penny❤️.

I love jewelry has the most fun and really nice quality products that I get excited about getting every month and get so many compliments on all them all the time! My boyfriend gave me this subscription as a surprise and he gets just as excited as I do Because the items are way cute and loves that he got me a really nice gift💜
