Customer service is a joke. Never give the correct time frame on their items. We will NEVER purchase again and I will be disputing with my credit card company. Sorry excuse for a business.

I think there are a lot of adorable things on this site but I will never order again...its been one month since I made my order and still haven't received my item...I did have it monogramed so I knew it would take a bit of time to get that out but not one whole month...I could have just ordered them plain and took them locally to have them monogramed within an hour...its totally ridiculous ...hope my item comes before Christmas or I will just send them back defeats my purpose of having them...You need figure out something better if you are going to run a business like this!!

Made an order almost a month ago and it still has no shipped and no one is responding to emails!! Do not order!!

Worst company ever! I was told my order was shipped over a week ago! The tracking number they gave said no package for a week now. I paid for two day shipping... still no package! Worst customer service ever! They won't return emails or answer the phone! They took over $200 and no refund! Do yourself a favor and DON'T order from them! They will take your money and you will never see the order! Very disappointing!

Please do not shop with these lying scam artists. I was charged for an August subscription box that I have till this day not received. I have emailed them, and the first time they lied and said my package HAD NOT shipped, this was on August 25th. So fast forward to today. They are stating their bogus tracking number stated the package was delivered on the 14th however I never received it! How in the world could it have been delivered on the 14th if you all emailed me on the 25th stating my order was still being processed and HAD NOT shipped, so how could it be delivered if it was never shipped. When I sent her the screenshot of the email THEY clearly sent, she just doubled down stating they could only go by the tracking number. Huh? Then the idiot had the nerve to tell me to check the post office. What post office in America holds onto a package from August until nearly December? Zero! I hate I ever bought anything on this fake, bogus website. Stay Away!

When you do not hit the monogram means you do not want the monogram. Ordered October 6, they said they sent me an email on October 20 asking if I wanted it monogrammed. Never got the email even check my spam. So now it is October 29 and they are just shipping today. Terrible customer service. Would never buy again.

After reading some of the reviews, I thought for sure that I had been scammed, that I would never receive my order and could kiss my money goodbye. Imagine then my surprise, when about 5 weeks later, my order arrived, the bracelet beautifully placed in a linen jewelry bag and in a jewelry gift box with the Pandora logo on everything. The bracelet is exactly as described on their site. I hope that this company continues to build toward a positive reputation and that the reviews become better

My order was placed on November 6 and it took over 5 weeks to get the scarf. On a positive note, when I emailed customer service, I got prompt replies.

I absolutely love this company! I have been receiving subscription boxes for over 2 years and they are wonderful quality! The only time I ever had a problem with a monogramed item I received, I emailed them and they fixed the problem super fast!! Would recommend thwm to anyone!!!

By far my new fav jammies! The are super soft and comfy! I just bought a second pair for myself and all of my girlfriend for Christmas! I can’t wait to give it to them! I had purchased another brand of jammies which were 3x’s the price and I returned them as they don’t even compare!

I love the products but unfortunately it is hard to picture myself with any of the items since there is no representation of a person of color in the advertising. Hopefully the company can start to use diverse people so more people can see themselves in the products.

I received my red wine pajama set today love them. they are really soft and fits comfortable. I'm ready to place a second order. I was truly satisfied.

I absolutely love this website! I received my items pretty quickly and I love that they are personalized. Lol, now my besties can't take them as their own but knowing them they STILL will. These jammies are so soft and comfortable. I plan to eventually buy all the sets. I would love to see more PJ rompers made though...maybe some football themed ones?

Beautiful clothes and the absolute softest material! I own so many pairs of their jammies. If there is ever an issue it can take sometime to get a hold of someone but once you do they will do a great job getting everything taken care of for you.

Ordered one of their fourth of July themed packs the joggers appeared online as red and white the ones I got were pink and peach not really fitting the theme if you ask me also earrings we're supposed to come in the package I didn't get those and I emailed and never got a response.I threw in a mystery item a checkout because I thought why not and it was literally a coffee kooze that was worth maybe a buck I just tossed. There's just too many good websites out there I trust that I wouldn't order from this one again

Ordered the fall pumpkin frappuccino pjs. They call this material butter soft but it's more like clingy sweaty material. Yes they are soft, colors are beautiful. I sized up, clings to your body and if you live in the South and get hot easily I do not recommend.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They don't answer ANY emails I emailed 3 or 4 times never got anything back. I ended up calling and they told me they won't cancel my order or refund. Don't bother buying anything from them!! I order Pajamas, mystery shirt and a mystery jewelry. For the shirt I literally got a plain black tshirt and for the mystery jewelry they literally sent me a BRA!

I love This company and they have great customer service to me , my orders always arrive in appropriate time !! I will continue to order from them 🥰

Got my package and it was full of ants. I mean full. I now have ants in my car and my bedroom all in my bed. I had to spray my car out and my bedroom. Can’t even stay in my house tonight. Have to crash at my boyfriends house who is almost 45 mins away from my job. I’ve never seen so many ants like that before. I have bites all over my arms and legs from just trying to kill them and clean them up. There was no holes in the package I checked and had my neighbor checked. They are definitely from wherever these are packaged because there were a few dead ants in the pjs as well. I had to throw everything out of my bedroom window. I’m now taking Benadryl because I’m swollen up. Emailed and fb messaged the company and nothing. Will never order again. Not worth this. I’m in so much pain right now from these bites.
