The lady that answers the phone is RUDE! RUDE! Rude. I give customer service a big fat ZERO STARS! I’ve been a customer who’s spent several thousands of dollars over the last couple years. I have ordered almost everything ILJ and LLS has had on their website. Here’s the deal ...the signature ILJ pjs are great and the handbags are great. The mini monobox has been great for my daughter. She has only had one issues getting one duplicate box. The pjs are made well and the most comfortable pjs on the market. At times there are issues with the waste band but, fixable. All of the actual clothing items other than pjs are made cheap, shrink, and get holes in the seams easily. The subscription boxes take 3-4 weeks to receive and often I’ve been sent the wrong items. Many of the items are made cheap, shrink to doll size, and don’t last. Once in a while you will get certain items of good quality and will give you hope for the next order that sometimes ends in disappointment on quality and sizing . I’ve never expected much from the subscription boxes. It’s more about the surprise and something cute to wear once or twice when the sizing is correct and not defective. It’s also nice to have mommy and mini matching items. But...getting the wrong items and boxes you have received the prior month and not getting current boxes is extremely frustrating. The thing that upsets me the most is when being sent something defective the girl who answers the phone wants to argue even after sending in photos of duplicates or new items with holes in them or stains right out of the packaging. Ridiculous!!! My suggestion is if you are reading these reviews you will see that the pjs and handbags are great if you get the correct sizing you ordered and not defective but anything else is a complete coin toss on getting damaged items, duplicates of an item while missing other items, everything shrinking to doll size, poor quality, and If your order does go wrong you will be treated extremely poor by customer service.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I placed my order on April 12th with EXPEDITED shipping and still have not received my product. Luckily I ordered through PayPal and will get my refund! Their customer service is awful!! They are rude and have bad attitude! I will NEVER order from this place again!

I purchased two items with the letter L. One shirt the letter was correct and the second one did not. When I called customer service, the person was rude and I ignored her tone and asked her to state the email address again and she sighed as if I was bothering her. When I explained in my email the situation, I was told that it is the correct font and I explained that it was not shown when I ordered and I got no response. So frustrated! Beware

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought from them the first of March. After the item, was not delivered a week after the estimated delivery, I called them. The customer service lady told me the package was lost. I asked for a refund on my card. I was told, "It's not our fault the post office lost your order! No refunds are allowed"

I am so disappointed with this company. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this company and will be my last. I ordered an item on March 8th and it has not arrived yet and today is March 26th and when I contacted the company they told me they were not responsible for lost items. What?????? I would give this company a no star rating if possible

BUYER BEWARE!! Oh I did love to shop here but my order was wrong, contacted same day got an automated I'll get back to you in 48 and then 6 days later I contacted them again, they said sorry its was put into production today. No help, no let's see how we can fix this... straight sorry bout your luck!

Love their products. All the pajamas are super soft.

Just received my set of 3 mystery order and I am so disappointed. I received nothing that I liked and the sizes are way off compared to my current subscription sizes. The shorts are little black see through shorts, not sure when/why those will be worn. The 2 tees i received are ridiculous big and not really what I wanted. I have always been happy with my monthly subscription for the most part. Lesson learned, I will not purchase a mystery item again!

I have had their monogram swag bag subscription on and off for years and have never been disappointed.

Out of the 50+ orders, there has only been one error in my monogram. Customer service was extremely friendly, answered my email within 24 hours, and shipped my replacement the same week.

I will continue to be a regular subscriber and customer for years to come.

I am really shocked at so many poor reviews! I ordered on January 2nd + received my order January 13th. The monogrammed pajamas are super cute, buttery soft and classy. I received the complimentary monogrammed reindeer booties which are adorable!!! They did provide shipping updates + confirmation of delivery. The only con is the waistband is uncomfortable, thick and tighter than the rest of the pajamas, it already is all twisted + I only just tried them on. I will have to find a way to switch out that terrible elastic band which is unfortunate. It appears there have been numerous complaints about the waistband, if they switch it out to make it more comfortable so it doesn't twist or make it a drawstring, they will be perfect. They are 100% polyester for those who are wondering but sooo soft! I am typically a medium or large but ordered the XL/2XL option as I wasn't sure if the medium/large would be snug + everyone encouraged to size up. They are perfect!!! Such a great company with cute items, I had zero service issues but many have from the reviews so I hope they can heed the feedback so many people can enjoy their unique offerings! Glad I took a chance on them!!

Order came through fine, ordered 2 mystery and 3 regular tops. I am a size 6 dress and went with the medium and everything fit great. My only complaint is my knit sweater in my mystery bag, super cute, soft, fit great but the yarn was coming loose in 10 places. Luckily I can sew and I hand knit down the fray ends that would unravel in the wash. I also noticed it wasn't their brand so could be whoever they ordered from.

A wrong size was sent to me twice. I've been trying to get in touch with someone, but no one will answer the phone and all I get is an automated email response. Terrible customer service.

I have loved everything I have ever ordered. The pajamas are my favorite and are the absolute cutest and the most comfortable pjs I have ever owned! Not to mention the prices are so great! I will be customer forever!!!

Customer service is HORRIBLE.... I placed an order for a pair of Christmas monogrammed pajamas after Christmas. It stated if you spend so much which I did you got FREE reindeer booties. When I went to order it stated $24.99 to ADD booties. I tried to call but closed for the holidays. When I finally got a hold of them they said the pajamas were already done and shipped and couldn’t change it. It was deceptive how they advertised it. Customer service said I needed to click add for 24.99 and then it would be taken off. This did not make any sense. There was nothing that said ADD first for $24.99 then it will be FREE. I already own 2 sets of monogrammed pajamas from them and a monogrammed tote. My husband has purchased 5 monogrammed sets of pajamas with his account for Christmas gifts to myself and daughters. I explained this to her and she did not care. Please change your advertising because it is DECEPTIVE.

I am very happy with all the orders I have placed over the years. I love to order for my daughter who is now 21. The clothing is good quality, fun and bring a sense of happiness and joy which is what we all need right now.

Absolutely love! I have been ordering from this company for years now and the only issue I have had was with a set of pjs, the waist band got twisted! Other than that everything I order/ordered is great. I have ordered the mono box in the past but I currently order the monthly swag bag for my self and my daughter. It can take sometime for it to arrive which they tell you that up front. Great quality of clothing. I’m really shocked to have seen all the poor reviews.

I canceled my subscription months ago but all of a sudden they decided to start charging me for a subscription that I do not want. Beware if you cancel your subscription they may start charging you again months later. Very disappointed that they would take it upon themselves to start my subscription up again without me approving it. Customer Service is terrible to deal with.

Still waiting on Dec 1 subscription. No phone contact. No way to send them an email. It only takes me to their shopping site. How can you reach them

Waistband got messed up after the first washing per instructions and looks and feels ridiculous. Terrible for how much these cost. Will need to find a way to replace the elastic but you shouldn’t have to do that.
