Title: **Worst Service Ever – Total Scam!**

I have never experienced such a complete disaster of a company. I placed **five orders**, and **not a single one** made it to the right address – all were sent to completely fake locations. After months of back-and-forth emails, I was constantly **lied to and strung along**, always promised a replacement that never arrived. Compensation? **Not possible, of course.**

Fast forward **an entire year**, and after supposedly **four replacement shipments**, the customer service **has now completely disappeared.** No responses, no resolutions, just **radio silence.**

**Avoid at all costs!** This is either the most incompetent business on the planet or a straight-up scam.

Warning to Potential shophydrolite.com Customers – Terrible Service and Missing Refund

I want to warn all potential customers about the extremely poor experience I have had with shophydrolite.com. This company has not only sold defective products but has also ignored my repeated attempts to receive a rightful refund for over six months.

My Experience

In June 2024, I ordered three bottles from shophydrolite.com. Two of them were defective, and the third was never delivered due to customs issues, which were not my fault. I contacted customer service and followed their instructions for returning the two defective bottles. I provided receipts, proof of return, and requested a full refund.

Unfortunately, shophydrolite.com’s response has been an endless stream of excuses with no real action. Customer service constantly claimed that the issue was 'escalated' but refused to provide a concrete timeline for my refund. Several months later, I still have not received my money.

Lack of Accountability and Poor Customer Service

The company has received my returned products but refuses to issue my refund.

The third bottle was never delivered, yet they still refuse to reimburse me.

Their customer service continually promises to 'investigate the case' without taking responsibility or providing a solution.

What Can You Do?

I strongly advise against purchasing from shophydrolite.com. If you have experienced something similar, I recommend the following steps:

File a complaint with consumer protection authorities.

Initiate a dispute through your payment provider.

Share your experience publicly to warn others.

I hope my experience can help others avoid the same frustration and financial loss. shophydrolite.com is a company that does not respect its customers, and I will do my best to warn others against being scammed as I have been.

As of today, 02/02/25, I have still not received my refund.

Absolute fake. Sent my order but to fake address. Total scam.i wanted to explore even though claims make no biophysiologcal sense. I was like lets try bro science? If your using this product and drinking what comes out when you realise its a total scam. What are you consuming what is that fake machine churning out. I see they have since posted on different hydro bottle names and shut down various other websites. An obot answers complaints. They publish fake health news scientific break throughs, then sell shite like this off the back.of it. No proof for all this hydrogen shit none

This company is definitely a SCAM!!! Now that I look back most emails are roughly the same!! All emails are from supposedly a customer service agent named Lisa Miles.
I ordered a glass replacement on 09/24, and never received the product!!! They gave me the run around including wrong address, mis delivered etc, after over 20 emails, I still had no results even after they had promised a free replacement!! I then thought I would order the glass sleeve to my son’s address in case there was actually something going on with the address?? My stupidity….. I paid again and had them send to my sons, totally different address. He received a text saying delivered to his house, of course no delivery at all. He even pulled his door bell activities and there was no delivery!!! He sent an email and basically said the same thing must of gone to a neighbours??? It did not!! Then got another text saying re sending as it went to a wrong address, it did not. Therefore I put in a dispute for the $$$ with my bank through my Visa. It is now under investigation with them. Hopefully they can find out that they are a scam and charge them or put them out of business.!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Absolutely horrible. Devices issues THEN the best part of sending multiple PAID glass replacements to “mystery” addresses. Stay away.

Should be a ZERO in rating. Worst scam ever! An A.I auto generated "Support" repeating the same algorythmic pre-written answers giving no support at all. I made the mistake of doing business with this fake enterprise said to located in U.S and CAN but the shipping comes straight out of CHINA and ALI EXPRESS. Toping up the price on "their" products ridiculously for the same bottles. A +10 times markup on the normal price without any possibility of a refund or cancelation. minutes after ordering I realised the scam and canceled the order, both by mail and the web pagde form. So I thought. 2 days later "Lisa Miles" contacts me and writes it´s impossible to cancel and order. Even within minutes! This argument went on for days. After 9 days I receive a confirmation mail on the shipping of the order! I once again ask "Lisa" how it´s impossible to cancel and order taking 9 days to ship!? All the hard questions was avoided and answered with complete gibberish. Now 29 days later moneys gone and the unwanted order is still undelivered. Peopla, avoid this fraudulent enterprise at all cost! If you must buy a hydrogen bottle just purchase them directly from CHINA e.g Alibaba, Ali express etc... They all made there anyway and costs just 10% of the price this bogus "company" charges. RED ALERT!

Same experience as others unfortunately. Bought a $250 water bottle for my son for Christmas 2023 and the base unit stopped charging after 3 months. Endless emails to the customer service team who said they would ship a replacement once no longer back ordered. Then after my incredible persistence, they said it was shipped and provided a tracking number showing an item coming from China, through Canada and then into the US. Shipping says delivered (but doesn’t have enough detail to confirm it was my address). I reached out and they said it was delivered, but AGAIN would send a unit once no longer back ordered. Here we are9 months later and I have yet again a foreign tracking number showing delivered several days ago, but not actually delivered. This place is definitely a scam and the most frustrating part is all the time I’ve wasted trying to get it resolved with sham customer service. Do yourself a favor and read these warnings to avoid the same mistake…crap product followed by scam support. :(

UPDATE! I left a review explaining the reasons you should NEVER use this company or their product. After almost 6 months of emails with their "customer service" who's answers were always the same (a Bot?), I finally got a response. They told me that a replacement was being shipped to me. THEN .. they charged my credit card for that replacement bottle! Beware!

DO NOT BUY... I've been waiting for over 6 months for my order now and they constantly reply with the same bull$hit that they're looking into it. Absolute scam!

Do not buy from this company!!! I received a defective bottle & for 5 1/2 months have been corresponding with Customer service.
I get the same response (14 emails) that "The Team" is reviewing the situation. It is a huge lie. A deplorable and dishonorable company!!!
The worst kind of corruption where they rip off their customers until they give up.

I've ordered 2 bottles and I am waiting for them for over a year now, always making false promises and putting me on hold, I am not sure what am I supposed to do, wasted 254$ on that bottle and I believe I will never see that money again. Crooks.

I agree with all the other negative reviews. Whilst the working bottle is a good product which I think works, my experience since one broke down last May has been terrible. False promised of a replacement base, same excuses as they have used for others - absolutely no customer care or service whatsoever so sadly although the concept is good I would definitely not recommend buying from this company

Doesn t arrive. Second time I ordered first bottle then tablets. Never arrived. Crooks. Don t waste money no matter how good product may sound. Other reviews will confirm this

The base stopped charging. I was told by the company they were having supply chain issues and to be patient. During this time the company is offering online deals. After 3 months they just stopped responding. If you want to by a disposable product then this company is for you.

Product stopped working within 6 months. I challenged the warranty and they will not provide a replacement or refund. Have sent concerns to Better Business Bureau. From what I can tell this is a complete fraud and scam.

Biggest scam, lost my money for 220€. DO NOT BUY! They say they send it with chinese carrier, they dont just scam your money. SO NOT TRUST.

Ask for help, unable to charge, still under warranty but pretend the charger is not good, save time till it won’t under warranty anymore

Waited for months for a product that has never arrived - supposedly delivered to Perth instead of QLD twice. Total scam, be wary!
