Excellent customer service
I have not received the product yet due to various issues HOWEVER the service throughout has been excellent. Joe has kept me informed throughout, nowadays companies just email but Joe has always attempted to call me first on every occasion and then email me. I'm a Store Manager in retail and I know sometimes things don't always go as smoothly as we like but the key is how we deal with it. This company and Joe know exactly how to treat customers, thank you for great service. I would definitely recommend purchasing from ShopFirst and Joe is an asset to the company.
