Average experience
I don't feel like I had a great experience. I am not from the US, so was already a bit nervous about buying an expensive item from a different country. After placing my purchase I received two emails with different shipping information.
I sent customer service an email querying why I'd been given two different tracking numbers and didn't receive a response. I had to reach out to Fedex to get clarity on the status of my order's shipping info after no one from L&R replied to my email.
Giving three stars because I did eventually get my order & I'm happy with the product, I just think the customer service could do with some improvement.

Everything was perfect except no instructions and buttons were alitte bigger than I thought they hit your hand when putting hand up which turn on the light and kill battery faster. All In all a good watch

Luca & Romeo provides excellent service and great prices. My sales representative, Daniel, was incredibly responsive. He proactively contacted me when the watch I was interested in didn't meet the timing specifications. He then went above and beyond, securing a watch directly from the manufacturer that did meet the specs and had it sent to me very quickly with expedited shipping.
