Ordered a new Fracino Bambino coffee…

Ordered a new Fracino Bambino coffee machine. After the initial installation we dad some queries about the boiler pressure. The response to the issue was immediate and the contact on the phone, talked us through what we needed to do without out any fuss or trouble. Would recommend.

Paid for next day delivery but took 2…

Paid for next day delivery but took 2 days to arrive. Did order after 2.00pm but wasn't collected till 11.00am the next day. Well.packed no damage to the box. Thanks very much.

Thanks for your honest and detailed review! I'm glad you're overall happy, but to make it perfect next time, please do note that even though our cut-off time is 1PM, we can sometimes squeeze in urgent requests a little later if you give us a call before placing your order, at which point we'll check stock and confirm we can get it out the same-day despite being ordered after the cut-off time. I know this is no good now, but in future it may be helpful :)

Positive customer service for me.... despite some negative ones on here.

I wanted to put a review on here as i have seen a couple of review commenting on the customer service.... I ordered a Mignon XL which turned up faulty out of the box, (Not the reseller's fault). I messaged them after business hours and within 30 mins of business opening, I received a response.

I had a really positive experience with the customer service team, felt valued and like they wanted to actually help me out. I sent both an email, and then a chat message once i realised there was one and I must say both Roland and Peter gave me all of the information I needed (and more) as well as resolving the issue quickly and professionally.

Will definetly use again as my 'go to' for Coffee Stuffs! :)

Painful Customer Service,

I ordered a brewer and i received a mail for a bank transfer 11,99£. I proceed with the the payment and the site send me a second mail few days later and they asked me to pay 30£ more as shipping fees.

They scammed me and now they refuse to send me the brewer.

Someone from the service client avoid to give me the second phone number because the phone number communicate doesn't exist.

He try as well to give me a lessons about the conditions.

There is no site on the world who calculate the shipping fees few days later.

Be professional guys update your system and your site and be clear with the customer.

Shame on you.

DISHEARTENED & DISAPPOINTED.

We offered this customer the item to be sent out upon receipt of payment, or to refund and cancel the order. We are a reputable company and despite the customer being RUDE and INSULTING our staff, we have still remained more than reasonable.

The customer not only wants the item, but also a refund and compensation.
We're not a charity.

The customer seems to have some kind of issue in understanding how international shipments work on our system. Despite it being made clear on the cart, checkout and email confirmations.

We are one of very few companies that offer worldwide delivery, with over 10,000 products ranging from small parts to palletised machinery of different weights, shapes and sizes and 195 countries with different shipping costs and time-frames, we work on a quotation-based service to find the best rates of shipping costs based on the customers cart and delivery address before an order is processed, this customer didn't follow the process and is angry with us due to their own mistake.

We even have a blog and guide to explain our order process and although it's not ideal and may take a little longer, all of our international customer get the best shipping rates and a personalised service.

We have thousands of international customers who are extremely satisfied with our products and services. We have delivered all over the world without issues to those who follow our ordering system.

It's sad that we work so hard to provide the best service and always go over and beyond to leave customers satisfied and we still have rude, condescending and incompliant customers

I am disappointed to have had the displeasure of dealing with this customer, and my staff are upset in the way they have been spoken to.

First time customer, rocky start with a suitable outcome.

Purchased an; Asobu Cold Brew Coffee Brewer. Silver.
Whilst unpacking my purchase, I noticed some abnormalities.
The silver ball bearing, which acts as a stopper- was loose and not positioned where the manufacturer intended. The information sticker was over the area, as if this particular item was either; ex-display or a customer return/pre-owned.
The outer plastic packaging, was not sealed.
Whilst watching YouTube videos, relating to this device, the users’ clearly had to unseal the packaging, prior too using.

Another sticker, which should have been located on the lid of the device, was at the base of the tube packaging, which in conclusion; my ’new’ purchase isn’t that new and has been removed from the packaging, prior to Shop Coffee selling it me as a new product.
I emailed Shop Coffee, but given the current situation, a response took longer than usual. The first response I received seemed a little perfunctory, advising to return it for closer inspection.
I believe this company would have known, whether this product had been out of the packaging/re-packaged, considering it was the last one in stock.

All I ask is for a little honesty, which I believe isn’t too much to ask for?

This situation concluded with a suitable outcome, with a partial refund, based upon a former showroom product.

Mistakes happen and we apologise that the product was not in good condition, this must have been due to a manufacturer quality-control error or a customer return that had not been processed correctly.

We offered a free prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund. I think this was more than reasonable. I hope you can consider us again in the future and accept our apologies for this mishap.

Painful Customer Service

Cream Pro Rubber sleeve for knock boxes.
I ordered 2 of these at a cost of less than £4 each. The ones they replaced lasted years. The ones supplied lasted 2 months. I complained. I was asked to provide photographs of the splitting sleeves (twice). I was told that after 2 months the sleeves were useless as a result of ‘heavy use’. This is not commercial use - my morning coffee! They suggested I buy some more, or upgrade my knock box! Dissatisfied, I was sent a warranty form. Once completed, I could return these £4 useless pieces of rubber and they might be replaced. Life is too short.
If this is the pain to be endured over fairly inconsequential faulty items - would I buy more significant items from them? I don’t think so.

Thank you for your feedback on the product, however your review seems to be more on the quality of the product than our service we've provided you.

To elaborate on what you've mentioned, we offered a free return, followed by a replacement or full refund.

After further investigation, you refused to send them back to us. Our policy is clear and we don't offer refunds or replacements until we have had the item returned back to us.

Despite the negative feedback, even now I'm happy to proceed with the return and offer a full refund if you would like to return the item to us so that we can take this up with the manufacturer.

I hope you can consider us again in the future and accept our apologies for this mishap.

Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know about your experience. It will certainly help us improve our process. Please see my points below along with a resolution I'm sure you'll be pleased with.

Problem - The ground coffee all over the grinder must have happened in transit, it was received back to us in the exact same condition.

Solution - However, as we have the facilities in our workshops, I have implemented a mandatory deep-clean procedure for future, to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Note - We are not just sellers, if you look at our feedback and ask any of our customers, we always stretch an extra mile to accommodate for our customers - this is why I'm going out of my way to ensure you are happy with this in the end and it is resolved with a more than satisfactory resolution. I'm sorry you've had a bad experience - I will personally go out of my way to make sure you're left with a good grinder and are completely satisfied with the end result.

Note - We are also going to implement a video review system where we will ensure machines are tested and shown to be working before sending them back to our customers, this will allow customers to have good-faith that we have done the work on the machine.

Resolution - I have concluded that you are not happy with either the state or functionality of the machine, and have decided to arrange a free return of the machine to implement the return stages as above.

If either of us are not satisfied with the condition of the machine, we will replace it free of charge with a brand new machine. There will be no further costs to be paid by yourself.

The products are at a bargain price

The products are at a bargain price, many products not found elsewhere.
I was a little worried because it was the first purchase on this site, and I did not know this shop, we were in a pandemic, and the amount of this first purchase was over 100, free shipping to France .
However it was an excellent surprise, everything was well packaged, the delivery was faster than I thought, even if I did not know the carrier (Caribou). The day of receipt of the package, all the products corresponded, the price is really attractive and for the purchase of tea and coffee from now on, I will favor this site for large quantities.
This is why I give a good rating.

Melitta ts smart and Miele 6350 I…

Melitta ts smart and Miele 6350 I bought these machines to get a fully automated experience, but when I tried to make latte the final temperature of the dispensed drink was rather disappointing to say the least- at best it was just over warm. Taste was amazing. So I returned these as I said what’s the point of putting a cup of coffee in the microwave in the end after spending over £1000.
Then I called shop coffee and spoke to Nassar and explained my desire to have a coffee that was hot and he guided me that the only way I would get this was to do it manually. I have purchased a grinder and la spaziale mini Vivaldi and guess what the coffee is hot!! I need some practice in making a perfect latte like star bucks .. so if you are disappointed then speak to Nassar at the shop coffee.
