The greatest customer service experience I’ve had in a long LONG time.

I recently purchased a Phillips Lumia from shop4body, and seconds after checking out I noticed there was a newer model available that was on promotional pricing.

I reached out to shop4body’s customer service and within a couple hours they got back to me and said they would gladly change my order and refund the difference. They answered all my questions, were so quick, kind and thorough. I even got a customs/duties charge from DHL, and when I reached out again, they assured me it was taken care of and paid for earlier that morning - like these guys are superstars!

From a logistics standpoint: I placed my order on 07/17/21 and it was dispatched and delivered by 07/22/21 (from UK->CAN). Everything was packaged well, there was no damage.

Overall I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and truly impressed by the level of customer service I received. Thank you again!!

This is not a product review, merely a review of the buyers and customer service. Initially I was wary because the prices were much lower that other sellers that I would consider reputable (amazon, boots etc.). I took a leap of faith and am pleased to report that I need not have been worried. I received my product in a well sealed, undamaged box (refreshing since amazon often send products that are unsealed or have evidently been opened at some point).

Delivery via DHL was extremely fast (ordered on Saturday, received on Tuesday) and I got updates via text. I did receive a message advising me that import fees of 17 euro were due before delivery could be completed. This was concerning because I had already paid 20 euro for delivery plus taxes. I reported the issue to the seller and received a reply within 2 hours advising me that the duties had been paid. My parcel arrived a couple of hours later.

Initially I thought the 20 euro delivery fee was steep but then I realised that it covers taxes and duties for products coming to Ireland from the UK. Those taxes are quite high (as noted above) so in the end delivery actually cost very little. Overall I save 50euro by going with an unfamiliar company as compared to boots or amazon. And I also got two free items with my order. Happy to recommend this company to Irish customers and I would definitely be happy to order from them again.

Note: I haven't used the product yet so cannot speak about customer service in the event of a product flaw.

I’ve had my product 4 months but I just recently used one of the attachments and found it was faulty. I contacted customer service and they couldn’t be more helpful. They sent me out a new attachment. I’m very happy and with definitely be shopping with them again.

Excellent customer service! Everything was so quick and professional, like a breeze, even for an international transaction. They are very responsive and on top of things. I emailed them as the device stopped working after using it a few times. I quickly got a response. It does not happen that often. Received a replacement in no time, I am impressed!

I recently purchase a Philips Lumea and received a message from DHL asking for payment for import duty tax. I’ve contacted Shop4Body support and they informed me that they paid for the taxes already so I shouldn’t have to worry. Support was great and they answered fast enough but maybe is worth telling costumers on the website that they may be contacted by DHL and that they don’t have to worry about it.
