I am disappointed in the series 7 vac…
I am disappointed in the series 7 vac and wash floor cleaner! The plus it arrived quickly. The minises.. no cleaning fluid is supplied in the box, delay on using it while I obtained the correct fluid.
Instruction video not in English…. Anywhere!
Got it working, got to say the cleaning on a solid floor is poor, the collection chamber has been particularly empty each time I’ve used it, the floor is wet so it is working! The cleaning is generally poor. The vacuums function is fine, but you could do that with a normal vacuum cleaner, this is meant to promise more.
I don’t think this product, in my experience, is all it’s promised and disappointed I bought it.
Would recommend it.

The item arrived when it was scheduled…
The item arrived when it was scheduled to by Royal Mail. The steam generator is lighter and smaller than our old model. It does get through a lot of ironing before a water refill is needed. Compact and neat. This item was in the sale with an additional 20% off at the checkout. Very please so far. Slightly worried about the handle as it feels very cheap plastic. Only time will tell.

My honest review
I have no issue with Tefal, the service was good and the delivery was quick. However, the pots and pans I ordered are good but, attaching and removing the handles has left tiny chips on the edge of them. If they get worse, I will be seeking to return them for a refund.

Really quick delivery
Really quick delivery, and nicely packaged, no problems with item as far as I know, was a gift for my in laws, just out the hospital, so to make things easier, we got this delivered, so hopefully its straightforward enough they can use it. Great size too, i'm actually thinking of getting one for myself, I currently have 2 others on the go, haven't used my cooker in years.
