No instructions with the bed
No instructions with the bed. Should have said the bed needs airing as it had a funny smell. Finishing could have been better. Threads hanging from the side. Surprised the base of the bed had a black plastic sheet with lots of staples. Nothing like the pictures

Extremely slow refund process
This company has been extremely slow for their refund process.
Even the courier process for returning the item was very difficult with EVRI repeatedly letting me down in terms of failing to show up to collect the item. (Has anyone else tried to deal with the terrible EVRI chatbot for communicating with EVRI?)
I do not recommend them at all.
I certainly won't be buying any Silent Night products again.

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent! They send emails with it with guarantees that don’t exist, and t&c’s that don’t include the item you bought. Useless!
Following reply… I bought an expensive mattress topper not a bed! These are not covered by any guarantee and I’ve had to throw it away as Mrs can’t sleep on it! So never order mattress topper as they just dismiss you when it not right!

Purchased Deep Sleep Mattress Topper
Purchased Deep Sleep Ultimate 1000 mattress topper for my youngest son and he described it as “sleeping on a cloud.” His positive feedback is the strongest recommendation. Delivery was next day and much quicker than expected. Thank you Silentnight.
