Very quick deliver. The stuff was in good status. I'd probably buy from Dover again.

Quality product and quick dispatch but DHL as a delivery partner is a negative.

Whilst I have previously bought items from Dover Street without issues, I found my dream garment on sale and have been very excited to get my hands on it for weeks. After two weeks of waiting, they refunded my order without even an apology or explanation. The item is now sold out everywhere else, so I have no way of ever getting my dream piece! Grifter behavior which is apparently a common practice at Dover Street to sell things they don't actually have in stock! Beware or expect tears!

I really wanted a CDG sweatshirt and had heard about Dover Street Market and thought I’d check them out. Their selection is so good, I found one that I wanted and made the purchase. It arrived a couple of days later and i love it, it was beautifully packaged and i will be making more purchases with them in the future.

I placed an order and it was received. Nothing more to tell!!!

Purchased a items 5 days ago ,contacted shop and told neither now neither in stock.But I saw it Put back on the website.

Was a bit wary because of reviews, but knew I’d be compensated if anything went wrong as paid on credit card. Needn’t have worried. Ok, I didn’t get any emails of order received/dispatched or anything like that. But it came !!! And I’m sure my son will love it this Christmas. Thanks DSML!!!! I’d definitely order from you again. Feeling happy!!! Oh! Great packaging btw !

Made an order on 14 December 2024 ie well before Christmas cut-off, noticed it failing to dispatch multiple times so made contact and received three assurances it would get to me before Christmas, two by email and one over the phone. On 20 December 2024 they cancelled the order, to be refunded within three working days. Now, not only do I not have the gift before Christmas, I won't even get a refund before Christmas either! I wish I'd seen these terrible reviews prior to ordering. I will absolutely not use this store again. Pretending to offer luxury but service is a shambles.

Fast delivery and great customer service… We needed to return an item to exchange for a bigger size and accidentally returned the wrong parcel using their code. They managed to sort out a return of the wrongly submitted item and still exchange the existing one. Each email I sent to sort out this complicated problem was, replied to on the day it was sent.

I recently ordered a number of items, dhl as usual is a nightmare for contact or tracking, I am currently waiting on one parcel on hold at the depot which has attempted delivery twice. One shipment has arrived with one item being marked with a pen mark down the middle of the top. This is incredibly the second time this has happened to me from DSM. I had the exact same thing happened last year, no idea why they feel the need too mark the stock with pens. I didn’t even receive a reply I’ve just had a email confirming me to send the item back. It’s a limited item which I cannot purchase again. I chose to use DSM to purchase the item, again it begs the question why not purchase the item from the brand as Dover street clearly can’t offer a resolution or reasonable service. I hate having to hate on a shop/brand but it’s massively below a basic standard it’s embarrassing. Avoid.

Great experience with DSM-E Shop! Ordered a newly released T-Shirt on Tuesday and it was delivered and beautifully packed by Friday! Would be happy to use them again!

Despite the negative reviews I took a chance and placed an order for a pair of Adidas Japan trainers. They were sold out on all major sites and only available at vastly inflated prices on ebay etc. I paid for next day delivery and they were delivered at 11 am. Perfect service

My experience is that I can not buy from their US online store. They just cancel my orders. I am an international buyer and I use services to ship items to my current location. Their support kindly answered my question why my orders get canceled but actually you can not do anything from your side to fix it. My cards work, my paypal works...
I don't get why I can not make a purchase with a foreign visa or master card and even PayPal. This is extremely frustrating.

Purchased 2 items 8 days ago , had to contact shop and was told they would be dispatched within 24 hours as they were for a gift.
Nothing further, contacted shop again and told neither now neither in stock.
Absolute joke - I now have 24 hours to purchase new gifts.

From Malaysia,ordered on 29 June,and item arrived on 4 July. Very fast delivery! And customer service also responded to my email regarding tracking number. So far satisfied with this e-shop,quite suprise with the reviews by others

Ordered 3 items ... wanted to change colour of one item .. they said no . I would have to cancel all of the order .. and then reorder again ... a joke ... did not even try to help me ... phoned up ... no answer . Emailed . No reply
