Replacement Parts Shop - Anglian Home Improvements Bewertungen

I needed 3 replacement window handles. I emailed my requirements and part number as from a previous order. They were delivered in about 5 days.
Special thanks to "Steph" if that is allowed!

Window handle from windows fitted in the ‘90s was easy to find on the website, stocked and available to order, and swiftly delivered. It was plain sailing to fit and i’m so relieved it was a trouble free experience!

Quick delivery. Also Customer Service great when I had to return items as they were no longer necessary for me. Full refund received very quickly

I had a very hard time getting money back on the return. Because those who received the return package did not process it on time and lost it, asking for proof of delivery. Luckly I sent it with a signature upon delivery with a delivery company and not with the Post Office.

Easy to order. Parts came well packaged.

Fitted perfectly.
Value for money.

Ordered chrome window handles. Speedy delivery. Weighty product. Fits well.

Replacement window handles are now far superior to the original ones

Perfect replacement handles, probably better than originals.

Easy to find what I needed, quick to order and fast delivery

Good Service , made the job easy

Excellent website and service

Easy to order, delivery was quick enough for my purpose.
I chose Anglian as they were the original parts.
I knew the handle design was slightly different so I ordered a pair in order to match.

I wanted a spare key for some old Anglian UPVC windows. The chat room person was very helpful and recommended a product which I purchased but unfortunately did not work on the windows in question. I called again and again the person was very helpful and asked for purchasing reference which I was able to provide. It turned out that the purchase was originally made via a commercial arm of Anglian and I was given the email contact for the commercial contract section to chase up the original purchase records but unfortunately this time I didn't receive any response or acknowledgement. I eventually sourced keys from another company of locksmiths.

Product is very good, packaging was good
Delivery slower than expected as bog standard off the shelf product requested

Initial request had iffy response before having to press harder to get a more meaningful response to what I needed.

I have been constantly ringing and emailing to get a service call. I am still awaiting a call back to book a service in . It is not good customer service .

It was just what I wanted

Good product, would have been helpful to have had some fitting instructions included.
