Replacement Parts Shop - Anglian Home Improvements Bewertungen

Found what I'd been looking for without much searching which was great. Easy to order and arrived quickly.

Very efficient

Was sent a replacement one that was delivered wasn't right one.

Replacement door handles arrived but did not include the two seals that are needed to be fitted between the handles and the front door itself.

The seals are a shaped rubber or similar material with appropriate holes cut for the spindle and locking mechanism.
This is an essential part of replacement door handles. I don't know if I can order them separately.

A fantastic and efficient service as always. Easy ordering of my new window handles and fast delivery.

Very helpful & knowledgeable advisor on the phone who was able to advise both on the problem to resolve & what to order to replace.

I had to do 2 orders. I beeded a sash window and a fanlight. Thst was 1st order. When it arrived the sash window didnt fit. I then ordered another 1 which did fit

Good service as always and very helpful

Yes I have been using Anglian many years..
Service call was very good very helpful.

Over priced Poor quality products and a slow service. Go elsewhere . I will never use Anglian again

The new handle is fine, stronger than the one it replaced which has a flimsy plastic lock/ unlock mechanism. Would expect it to arrive in less than 2 weeks considering it only travelled 25 miles. Expecting to order more as we have another 14 waiting to fail

I requested a replacement key paid and recieved it no problem at all you managed to sort out which key I needed and I was impressed on the speed of your service I would have no problem recommending you to anyone I reieved the same service when I had the window fitted definately 5 star service

Rapid delivery. Good service onbreturn but a bit disappointing I had to pay postage.

Parts arrived on time and worked perfectly. Nothing more to add!

You had increased the size of the part from the original. Had to modify the part and the window frame to make it fit.
ok for me as an ex engineer but most people would not be able to do it.
You need to have someone to talk to , not use an electronic connection.
Poor show.

Having ordered new replacement handles for my windows I was very disappointed when my package came to find nothing in it...empty . I got in touch with anglian to tell them about it, the lady was very apologetic and sorted this by sending out two more handles .

Great replacement parts for windows fitted easy and quality window handles the only negative is the delivery is really slow but I love all the new handles.
