Great product

Quality Item, Great Price.

The products are excellent but it’s very difficult to find replacement fittings on the website. I’ve had to order replacement window handles a couple of times, and each time it was a very frustrating experience.

I have never received the window handle I ordered. The address was wrong and the post office tell me they returned the parcel to you as it was undeliverable. I have emailed you before about this but never received a replacement. Correct address is. 2 Stoke Road, Poringland, Norwich, NR147JL

It took two weeks for delivery

I have not yet received my 10 replacement window handles, ordered on 7/8/26, when you took £137.80 out of my account. Now you send me an email asking how you did? Absolutely awful.

We waited quite a long time for a window handle to arrive.. 10 days.. and in that heat we couldn't open the bedroom window.... don't understand why it took that long would have thought 6/7 days maximum

Quality product fits perfectly, one star because it took 3 weeks to arrive.

Wrong window handles were sent despite different codes and website not clear as casement and flush handles look the same so in affect, buying items blind.
They've sent scruffy note with prepaid label to send 1 handle back but haven't sent the replacement beforehand.

Once we were told you had an online shop we ordered our handles and they were delivered within a week were easy to fit so we were satisfied

Delivered quickly and well satisfied with items.

From the ordering of our windows to the fitting of the windows I was very satisfied, there was no problems at all. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the cleaning kit I had ordered, when I received my kit it was leaking very badly, I took photos of it and sent an email to the sales department, it did take quite a while to sort the problem out but in the end I did receive a replacement kit.

After receiving the first package with the cleaning liquied completely emptied out into the bag it came in, I was told a new pack would be sent out. Never received it!
Very poor communication and a complete waste of time complaining.
Not happy and a waste of money

Terrible online service i only wanted a door handle sent to me, 15 days it took to receive it and when I did receive it, it was the wrong handle gotta laugh really , now I have to wait 5 days for customer service to get back to me via email to start a return I just want a refund and no I do not want another handle sent ive ordered elsewhere like I could of done from the start which would of saved myself 20 days of having a broken door handle .

The order was supplied soon after being placed. The
part supplied was well packaged and in very good condition. Its fitting was straightforward and gave a great finish.

The window handles were exactly what i ordered, arrived in good time, were easy to fit and look great..

It was easy to order the handles and prompt delivery
