Without your help, I would not have been able to apply for my renewal as my GP surgery were unhelpful.

Incredibly rapid turnaround
Incredibly rapid turnaround. Use Shoot Cert in preference to your own GP. My own GP practice didn’t know how to complete the form, took three attempts, added unnecessary stress and named a few conditions I don’t and have never had! And they took two months do it. I complained but they said their was nothing they could do. I paid for shootcert and dropped my SAR in next day. The GP sent my records next day and Shootcert turned the request around in under a week. Very grateful for the speedy service. Thank you. PS I would not recommend anyone else expecting it to be this fast and to get all your paperwork in on time!

Overall, shame my doctor couldn't do the service and get the payment but Shootcert did what they were expected to.

I was kept fully up-to-date by e-mail as processes took place.
Response time with Form 201 Medical Pro Forma following receipt of medical notes from GP practice was efficiently short.
