Cancelled my order for certificate two days after purchase on 18/11/25 promises refund never happened, chased several times last before Xmas and told it had been issued, guess what still not done as of today 06/01/26

Mark was absolutely the most helpful and kindest human being I could have ever asked for, for help with getting schooling started! He is amazing and yall need to keep him around for a long time. Lol. I can’t wait to start school immediately and if it wasn’t for Mark reaching out to me, I would have never came across this great chance to make a career for myself. Kept in touch even though doctors took forever to release information I started the process in July.

I was assisted by Mark! They were very helpful, answered all of my questions, was very available and was able to help me out before my original scheduled appointment a week away! :)

Very easy to use

I'm very pleased with the service. They dealt with my application (once they received my details from IGPR) promptly and efficiently. They were also very helpful.

I enrolled in the IT Helpdesk Administrator (CompTIA A+ & Net+) Certificate course and was never even able to access the learning modules due to ongoing technical issues—for over a month. Despite reaching out multiple times to Medcerts’ IT support and my assigned advisor, the issue was never resolved. I provided screenshots and followed every instruction given, including escalation to their support team. Nothing worked.

By the time I asked for a refund, I was told I was past the 27-day window—even though I had been trying to resolve the issue that entire time and couldn’t access a single lesson. Medcerts admitted the problem and said they could withdraw me, but I had to go through the third-party provider to attempt to get the funding returned to my employer.

Communication was poor, follow-up was nonexistent, and there was a complete lack of accountability from every level. I’ve reached out to advisors, tech support, and customer service, with no results.

If you're looking for a reliable and responsive educational experience, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I just signed up for a sterile processing tech program and Mark was very helpful. He explained everything so there was no room for confusion. We stayed in contact every step of the way until I was satisfied. I would absolutely recommend using Medcert.

I applied to MedCert in order to obtain a Medical Information Certificate, as required by Police Scotland, to support the renewal of my Firearms Certificate. My GP practice were going to charge me £220 for providing basic information about my Medical History. MedCert provided the information they obtained from my G.P. without fuss, within about 10 days, and charged a much more reasonable rate. I'm delighted with this service.

I haven’t known Mark for long, but he’s already had such a big impact on me. He’s doing everything he can to help with my education and making sure the process doesn’t seem overwhelming . It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares and puts in that kind of effort. I’m really thankful for him and excited to have him on my side through this process thank you! ALSO ! He was patient and understanding thats what made all this possible.

Mark was extremely professional and answered all my questions efficiently. He maintained appropriate excitement and was very kind. I would highly suggest him to friends. I had no intention of actually starting the program as fast as I did, but his immediate knowledge and high level of helpfulness was the factor that pushed me to give the credit card.
