There was a fault with one of the shoes where a nail was sticking up in the heel and the sole was loose. After reaching out to them I was eventually asked to send pictures which I provided as well as a description but it wasn’t enough, they then asked me to send them back the shoes so they could ‘make a decision’ with no guarantee I wouldn't just receive the same pair back if they deemed this was not a fault.

I expressed that I was uncomfortable with this as they would have my money and the shoes back leaving me with nothing but an email to fall back on if anything went wrong / got lost in the post. I asked for an alternative solution to be offered. The response I received was in short ‘what solution do you expect from us?’ .

I understand them trying to protect themselves from fraud but making the customer feel as though they are a bad / inconsiderate person for not agreeing with their solution is bad customer service.

I’m going to take the shoes to a cobbler to be fixed as the company seem unlike to offer another solution if I was to email them back again as they were definitely a bit hostile in their last response.

Lovely shoes, but NEVER have all the sizes. Either really small or really large sizes. Don't see the point in that. Took an order before Christmas but cancelled two days later, because, well no size 6. Never seen to have this size.

Love my boots so comfortable and very vast delivery excellent service.
