I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for ShipIt Furniture. I was honestly a little skeptical about ordering furniture online, but it turned out to be such a good decision. The delivery was on time, everything was packaged really well, and the quality is actually better than I expected for the price. It just made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’d definitely buy from them again.

Great experience overall! The furniture looks amazing and feels really high quality, especially for the price. Ordering was easy, shipping was smooth, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Once communication was established, I received excellent customer service and they offered an agreeable solution quickly. I will purchase from them again!
I really wish that I hadn’t given this company a chance. I ordered a $300 dresser in Beige and received it in White. Mistakes happen. However, the lack of response to any of my communication via email or on their website is the reason for my 1 star review. If you do not have a phone number for customers to call, then respond to their emails.

The worst experience ever
No communication other than email. My husband and I drove to Lithia Springs, Georgia and returned defective merchandise to Shipit furniture warehouse. Too many manufacturing flaws inside warehouse. Upon arrival workers accepted the boxes and refused to give a receipt. We drove 13 hours from Texas! I wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone. Highly dissatisfied with Shipit furniture.
