I shouldn't have used the app in the first place, bought a switch controller, left joystick turned faulty, i contacted the customer service, yet never received a ticket number , had 2 reach them for the 2nd to get one, and waiting for the outcome

Deliver to incorrect address. Don't refund you because the tracking says delivered.
Tell you to contact the logistics company (my contract is not with them).
Violate their own terms & conditions.
Still missing item, still no refund one month later.
Customer service agents are inept.

I’ve had 4 or 5 orders from SHEIN marked as “delivered,” but they never arrived. I ship to a verified address in Miami, and every time I check with the warehouse, they confirm there was no delivery. SHEIN sends fake delivery photos or unclear proof that doesn’t match the address or package.

Every time I report the problem, customer service just repeats the same answers and refuses to help. I’m tired of losing money and getting blamed for something that is clearly their fault. This is unacceptable and dishonest. I can’t trust SHEIN anymore unless they fix this.

I wrote to Shein about an item that kept changing price when I added it to my cart…. So wish I could add a couple pictures to back up what I’m saying. I did all the clicking and checking before I contacted customer service and after contacting CS speaking to Ringo all he did was treat me stupid and kept asking for screenshots, yet I did all he advised until the very end where I asked this; Please don’t treat me as if I’m stupid I did all you have told me Before I contacted you and after you told me to do it again…..his answer to give an excuse and end the chat…that’s why I measure, remeasure, and read and screenshot everything Before I hit checkout right on through to completion of my order….protect yourself

Very upset! I order from them didn't receive my order there is no way to speak to them only chat that does not give you a straight answer. When I try to explain I didn't receive my order they try saying I did. So with what I ask to return items there is no order # but when I ask for the order # they turn the question around and ask me.I DON’T have it and never got the order. I even ask them to please call me so I can explain, they don't have anyway to call. Nothing but the run around I will NEVER ORDER from Shein ever again.

Dishonest! I purchased many items and just saw that one of them, which is listed as FREE RETURNS on Shein's website, and is noted as free return when you put it in the shopping cart, turns into Final Sale No Return AFTER you purchase it! This is completely unfair and dishonest! I just noticed this TODAY even though this order has not arrived yet:(

I’ve ordered multiple items in multiple shipments from shein. Their shipping can be quick to a couple weeks, their clothes are not the best quality, sizing is all over the place so read reviews and look at the photos other people post to get an idea of quality and fit. I’ve returned a few things, had to pay shipping to California and had no issues. Overall, they’re a decent company with a huge array of things from cheap clothes, jewelry, shoes and party stuff. You totally get what you pay for so my expectations aren’t ever disappointed.

These people are total liars. They said they refunded my money which they didn't. You cannot call the number listed on their website. No one answers. I filled out numerous tickets which they dont answer. They block my emails and answer these reviews by giving a link that is a blank page. All for $31.99. What a joke! Dont waste your money on Shein. Their clothing is cheap and disgusting!!

Paid for express shipping to NYC! Made my order on Sunday 8th May 2022, the order shipped on Monday 9th May 2022 and I received my order Wednesday 11th May 2022! That’s right my order came in 3 days.

The ETA was 3-5 days on express shipping. I was a bit hesitant because of all the mixed reviews.

When I shipped the items, the tracking page did have a notice that shipments can experience additional delays however I think that it was just a precaution.

I decided to write this review because before I made my order I too was looking for a review !

This has to be my favorite online store. I shop here all the time and I'm never disappointed. I read product reviews before ordering so I can find out more about it. Clothes have always been true to size, cool fashionable jewelry at a steal. Not precious metals but stylish from $1 and up. There's always new items every week. Even if I'm not buying I find myself browsing their website all the time. They sometimes offer free shipping. Sign up for emails to be alerted of it. I get so much pleasure shopping here. I've never had to communicate with Customer Service. I always get my orders within a week. I couldn't be happier. UPDATE 11/15/23: I have to quit shopping here mostly because they are using a delivery service called ONTRAC now and they are the worst. You'll be lucky to get your order.

I'm sorry to have to post a negative review... I had never heard of Shein until I saw an unauthorized transaction from Shein (US) on my debit card—this is a card I'd never used. It may be that someone hacked into my bank's system and then used the card number to run a transaction, or... might be an internal lapse in security. Either way, this has left me with a very bad taste and I will certainly not shop online here.

Apparently other customers of the same bank are having this issue, with unauthorized transactions coming in from this retailer. Careful where you shop online and above all watch your bank statements on a regular basis.

I can honestly say that I have not had one bad experience with this company,they have anything and everything that I have looked for on their site and they have a great selection of clothing for the plus size woman that r very cute and up to date styles,I shop on the shein website every month for something new and I'm never disappointed with my finds and they have great prices as well, very affordable and unlike a lot of other clothing websites shein has 1 shipping cost for ur entire order(other sites charge a shipping price for each item in a order....if u order 4 items there's 4 shipping costs added) shein also is pretty fast with delivering ur orders,I would recommend trying shein out to everyone 😊😊😊😊

Shein is a great company to buy from. My experience with customer service has been excellent. They offer online chat to resolve any issues or answer questions, and their rewards program is the best I've seen.

All that said, some clothes are of better quality than others, but if you read descriptions carefully, you can typically figure out which pieces are best, especially if you take time to read the reviews and see what other customers liked and didn't like. Price isn't always an indicator. I've purchased some very nice items dirt cheap.

When ordering from Shein it is important to know your measurements and purchase the size that corresponds the closest. Also check to see if there is any stretch in the fabric. For instance, if the other measurements are good but the waist is an inch or so smaller than mine, I know it will fit if there is some stretch in the fabric and pass on the item if there isn't. Sometimes Shein is conservative regarding the amount of stretch in some garments but if you look at the description and see more than 2% elastane or spandex in the fabric, you know you have some leeway.

Most Shein items are packaged very nicely, in a branded ziploc bag, and shoes often come with a dust bag in addition to the box. Delivery on average takes about two weeks.

While I mostly buy clothes and accessories from Shein, their cosmetic line is surprisingly good, and comparable to some of the premium cosmetic lines sold in department stores. It is also worth checking out their home section. I've found some useful gadgets there that I haven't seen in the United States.

Bottom line--read all the product information, especially related to size and fabric content and you should be happy with your purchases.

I have ordered from them and it's taken my packages two weeks so far to get here which I think is cool and I have liked all the clothes I have ordered. Make sure you know your measurements before ordering and order as close to them as possible. If something run small try looking for it in curvy or plus according to your measurements and you may find it.

I did a test order for two items as I have been doing with online, overseas companies. My items came quickly, shipped from within the U.S. and were in good condition and quality. I made a second order for more items yesterday, and today received an email that had already shipped. This is far superior to a lot of more established online sellers (i.e. Jessica London, Roamans). I have not, however, returned any items for exchange or refund, which is often the final test of a company.

Do Not do business with this company. The customer service is terrible! I ordered and sent a return and never got properly credited. The customer service does not reply. Foreign company and not professional. Plenty of good companies out there. Move on from this company!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!
