Ordered a dress and the quality of the material is very poor and it's too large. Sent the request to return but they said as it would cost me to return it to China that I need to keep the item and they will give me a refund for 50% of the item and 50% of my next item I ordered. I have emailed them back to say that their website says 30 days for refund and their return address on their website is the UK. If I knew the return address was China I would not have ordered it!!!!

Total scam. Poor quality product. I was so angry that I sent it back the goods - anyway with terrible postage. After that, they didn't accept the package DELIBERATELY, which disappeared in the return. I tried to request dispute resolution via PayPal, but it didn't work there either, as the package didn't arrive - because of their fault.

Never got my order. Several follow ups and no response. The track order link has no updates. Basically a scam site

Waited 3 months for order. Sending half of the order back. Horrendous quality, sizing and dimensions. Have sent 3 emails to give notice of intentions to return as required by them. No acknowledgement of the emails. Can't find another contact. So have gone on to their Facebook page. Copied, Still no response. Absolute rip off. Aka Uoozee. Was about to order from them also. So glad I didn't DO NOT Buy from these crooks. Buy local, will never buy overseas clothing again. Learnt my lesson. NZ and Australian only.

Fellow shoppers. Don't buy from these guys!! I waited for over a month and a half for my package and I live in Taiwan! It's normally 3-5 days from China. The clothes were such bad quality, the wrong size , scratchy and defective. Nothing like the pictures! looks like a costume you would see on display in a museum made by some grandma. my button up shirt was totally defective. The one side was clearly a different size!! Wth?
The pants I bought had no label and were clearly NOT the size I ordered at all. At least three sizes smaller.
And the jewellery I ordered was the kind of stuff you buy from crappy night markets.

This has been my first negative experience shopping online. So I hope I can help you avoid the same mistake.
They have super bad one star reviews on all the trust websites. I should have checked before I spent my money on this trash and bad service.

Beware of this brand Onecozyday advertising all over Facebook and Instagram . Placed an order in July with them, shipment keeps moving between Guangzhou and Beijing. Earlier enquiry’s earned me a tracking number which is now expired and doesn’t give any status .
They have blocked their fb chat with me as well and refuse to answer any emails. There is no
Number on website . Also have deleted my comments on their page !!

Not sure scam is the correct word as I did receive my order but one item was not as described and I wanted to return, return policy is return within 14days of receiving so I contacted them on the day and it took 2 days for them to get back to me then they tried palming me off with a $10 refund it cost $50 not to return to China that would be me out of pocket even more, however I still wanted an address so I could see how much that took another 2 days to respond only to tell me i had opened a PayPal dispute er I didn't so I've emailed that I didn't so that will take a further 2 days to respond. People save your money they are a awful company go to SHEIN it's free returns x

Dear Customer Service,

I would have preferred to return the item. However, returning it to China is not convenient, and I have wasted money on something that I will never wear.

It would be helpful to specify in the "Terms and Conditions" that the return is to China and at the Customer's expenses.

Please refund the $12.

I've made 2 purchases (over 10 items) in the past 3 months and not only did I receive the items exactly as they were advertised, but I received them in a timely manner. I am not sure why they have such a bad rating. I've got nothing but high praise for them.

I actually do like the clothes received and I'm keeping most of them. However, they won't reply to my email about returning and refunded the unwanted items. It was a huge order and it's not acceptable to ignore this part of customer service. For this reason I'm not sure I would order again.

I ordered a dress in October 2021 and have not received it to date. I have email numerous times and to day was told its because of Royal mail and staffing issues. I have asked for a refund and so far this has been ignored.

Thank goodness for trustpilot. Avoid.

I have ordered dresses from this website last year and was super happy with what I received. So, I trusted them. Did the same this year and what I received is beyond awful. Terrible quality, sizing all wrong (yes,I measured correctly). The quality is so bad, I can't even give them to an Op Shop. Really ripped of this time 😪 never never order from these horrible people. It's turned into the most awful scam.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY!

I received two out of three items almost a month after ordering. The two I received are not as decribed, and missing buttons. They are refusing to refund me for the item I didn't buy, but asking me to send it all back (at my own expense) and then get a full refund.
Like many other reviews, they first tried to buy me off with 25$ then 35$, but since I'm refusing they now want me to send the two faulty items back to China, before I can receive anything. I don't want to ship plastic once more around the globe, in order for them to probably never repay me for the item they never send. I am appalled by the lack of service, and so sad that I fell for this scam. Please don't make the same mistake I did and order from this site.
