Sent wrong size of door compared to…
Sent wrong size of door compared to what was ordered. Had joiner booked to install door...has done his best to adapt door to fit better but not ideal. Would have sent back if joiner wasnt booked in to complete work. Wouldn't recommend.

I got 2.4m lengths of 18mm quad beading for over 50% less than bigger diy stores, also ordered online went next day and got within minutes all taped up. Great shop

Excellent Customer Service
Purchased some louvre doors, and unfortunately one was damaged in transit.
Not the fault of the supplier I must add.
I raised this problem that evening and by 8am the following morning I had a response to say replacement door will be with me the next day…… and so I did.

Item arrived with packaging ripped open at one end which has resulted in a slight chip on the door nothing major but enough to mark the transaction down.Nothing wrong with service or communication.
